I had already paid for my order at zara online store and the transaction was also successfully done by gpay app and an amount of rupess 5599/- was done in the name of Citrus company but it was not reflected on my order details at the my account section at the zaraz online app.
Please let me know that if my refund will be done as soon as possible.
Please assist me with this problem.

    I was placing an order on zara india online on 5th november and had opted for payment via upi.
    I then did the payment through Phonepe for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
    I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
    So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
    I haven’t been initiated a refund.

    Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

        Hey . I placed an order in zara 2 times

        Hi! As checked, transaction done on 31/10/2021 is successful via Citrus transaction id OL[protected] and source transaction id UPI[protected] at our end. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.

        Further, transaction done on 24/10/2021 has been reversed. You will receive the amount in your source account within 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).

            The company emailfe me from [email protected] and asked for my contact number for further resolution of the issue, then I received a call from +91 20673141401 (company system number) they verified me and asked about the issue and sent me the money on the same day (2nd November 2021) since the money had debited(31 October 2021).

              Address: blocked me straight away. I am so disappointed by this

              I received a call from Mr Mohit claiming to be from citrus solutions Private Limited and he said that he would help me Get my refund And he proceeded to explain to Me step-by-step on how to initiate the refund from my UPI app.
              He proceeded to ask me to transfer Rs.24, 750 into a bank account which was by the name of one Rajeev.
              When I said That you are actually baiting me into adding the amount to your account, he got very defensive of citrus Solutions and asked me to do it by trusting on him and just enter the pin. After that, according to him I would get an option of either paying or getting my refund which was nowhere near the amount which is mentioned above.
              It is obvious that after I entered the pin the amount would have gotten credited to his account and he would have blocked me straight away.
              I am so disappointed by this

                              Hello,

                              I had placed an order on the Zara app on Thursday, 21/10/2021 and I paid the money through GooglePay. The amount was deducted from my account but the CitrusPay portal showed that the order had failed. I have not yet received a refund for the same. Please issue a refund for the amount at the earliest.

                                Dear Team,

                                I made a payment on Zara’s official website using BHIM upi and my money was deducted however the order was not accepted as Zara said they didn’t receive the payment and eventually the order got cancelled. Please refund my money as per this transaction so that I can place the order again.

                                        I had placed an order of Rupees 3580 on Zara India Online on 22nd October and had paid via Google pay Upi id for which Zara has used Citrus Solutions Pvt LTD as the payment gateway. I had paid via HDFC bank and the money got deducted but Zara didn't receive the money and order got cancelled eventually. Please kindly initiate the refund of deducted amount as soon as possible.
