I tried placing the order on zara application via UPI. The amount was deducted but the order payment was incomplete on zara application. Couldn’t find out any help to sort this out.

    Hi,
    I hve recently made a payment via gpay on zara app but it still shows pending! And got a mail from zara that if the payment is not made they will cancel the order! Please fix this!!!

          Hi i have made a purchase from zara this 9 th oct and the payment was made through citrus solutions. The payment was on processing and it is showing that zara hasn’t received the payment..
          did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
          So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
          I haven’t been initiated a refund.

              I just paid Rs.5180 via citrus payment solutions redirected page on zara app, when i selected to pay by UPI options.
              The amount rs.5180 have been deducted from my account. But the payment status on my zara “purchases” page shows as “Payment pending “.
              Can you pls look into it!

                For my Zara purchase I chose the UPI option and made a payment of INR5880 (UPI Transaction ID:[protected]. The payment has been debited from my account and it shows that it has reached Citrus’s account and that my purchase has been confirmed in my UPI transaction, but the Zara purchase showed that my payment was pending and I later received an email stating that my order has been cancelled since the payment was not received. Is Citrus Payments just sitting on the payments we make? Are they duping people? Will I receive a refund? Please see the screenshots of my transaction. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!

                    I made an online payment on zara on the 27th September, the payment went through and the money was deducted from my bank but it showed on the zara website that payment was not processed and it got cancelled. They said i’ll get my refund within 7-10 days but I still haven’t received it yet. Please process my refund payment asap.

                          I had ordered a product from zara. and done the payment via upi via citrus payment. and the payment was completed. but then the zara shows money is not reflected there… payment pending. and the order got canceled.

                              I was placing an order on Zara India app on 1st october 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.

                              Later in the day, I reached out to Zara customer support and they asked me to do a retry the payment and i did
                              but the same issue my money again got deducted to Citrus Solutions and my zara order was not placed too.

                                I paid Citrus for my Zara order via Google pay and the money was deducted from my account but no refund was given to me.
                                The complaint is for 2 orders:
                                One in 22nd Sept and another in 30th Sept
                                Both orders were amount of 2990/.
                                The transaction details for both of them will be given below. Please kindle look into this issue and refund my money Asap.
                                I contacted Zara but they have not received any amount. It’s already been 10 days and no money has been credited to me.

                                  I placed an order on zara india app on 30th sept and made the payment through Upi - Google pay . Zara had used the citrus payment gateway. The money got debited from my bank immediately but zara cancelled the order stating they dint receive the money. I have not been sent any refund. Bank says the money is successfully credited to Citrus soln.
