I tried to order a product worth of INR 2280 in ZARA. The payment done through CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD gateway and the amount has been debited from my bank account. But ZARA order is not placed. ZARA is not responding well. Please help with this issue.

I had placed an order on 20th September, 2021. The payment was successful, however, the order is most likely to be cancelled by the app in 3 hours. I hope for a refund as soon as possible.
I had placed two orders on zara one on 19/09/2021 and another on 20/09/2021 and in both orders payment was deducted but order was not placed.

Order Zara from citrus payment gateways amount got deducted from my account as well as order at Zara got cancelled
I have my order in Zara today worth 2570/- the amount has been deducted from my account but the order is not placed, even zara is not responding as well.
Zara uses citrus payment gateway for the payment but as soon as I was reached the app back it was showing error.Zara is not responding as well.

It has been 2 days since i have received any information from you. A lot of people are facing the same issue. If nothing then atleast look into our respective queries. Please revert as soon as possible and update me on my refund status. This is very upsetting.

Money deducted from account but is showing payment incomplete in the zara app
Hi, i had placed an order on zara and used UPI (google pay) as the mode of payment and the amount has been deducted from my account (screenshot attached) but on the app it says payment incomplete. Please let me know what to do for the same. Thanks!
Was placing an order on zara india online on 16th sep and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through phone pe for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount.
I had placed an order from Zara on 12th September. The amount of Rs 5580 was deducted from my account but the order was still showing pending payment and had to cancel it. The refund has still not been initiated. Please look into this.

I ordered two products worth 3890RS on Zara India online on 12th September 2021 and had opted for payment via UPI.
I did the payment through google pay for which Zara uses the citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction and the money got debited from my account but Zara did not receive the amount. So Zara canceled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.
