Zara UPI payment

I placed an order on zara and used UPI as the mode of payment and that has directed me to citrus payment gateways, my money has been deducted and the citrus payment gateway says that payment had failed . Kindly refund my money back as soon as possible...

Zara UPI Payment Failed

Address:A-77, Diamond District, Domlur

I was placing an order on Zara India online on 25th and 26th September and had opted for payment via UPI.
I then did the payment through lazy pay and Paytm UPI for which Zara had used the citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction and the money got debited from my account but Zara did not receive the amount.
So Zara canceled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund....

Zara order money deducted but transaction at zara failed

I placed an order on zara india app online on 27 September 2021, 2:27 am and I paid via Google Pay
I did the payment but it showed transaction failed however I got the completed message in google pay app. In zara app my order was not confirmed & zara did not receive any order payments and I had to pay via different mode.

Please check below screenshot & initiate the refund....

Zara order money deducted but order is confirmed

I had place an order on zara india app online on 26th september 2021 and i payed via upi through that via google pay.
I did the payment & my money got debited but in zara india app my order was not confirmed & zara did not receive any order payments & zara india cancelled my order saying that the payment was pending.
I haven’t got any refund

Please check my concern & give me the refund at the earliest possible....

Amount deducted from bank account but order not placed

Had placed two orders on zara one on 19/09/2021 and another on 20/09/2021 and the money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have complained 4 times and still there is no response. Please refund my money....

Money deducted from account but order not placed at Zara

I had placed two orders on zara one on 19/09/2021 and another on 20/09/2021 and the money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have complained 4 times and still there is no response. Please refund my money....

I was placing an order of 50000rs on 1xbet ...1xbet use citrus payment solution gateway so amount deducted from my account but not reached to 1xbet account ...so 1xbet cancelled my order now I request you to refund my debited amount.i am enclosing screenshot of that transaction...

Amount debited not refunded

I was placing an order of 50000rs on 1xbet ...1xbet use citrus payment solution gateway so amount deducted from my account but not reached to 1xbet account ...so 1xbet cancelled my order now I request you to refund my debited amount....

Zara order - 52622488940

Address:New Delhi

HELP -- Made a payment of Rs. 14, 950 to Zara via UPI and the transaction couldn't be completed. The money got deducted from my bank account.
Assuming the merchant ([protected]@axisbank) will reverse the payment, i made the Zara order out to cash.
Zara never received this money, transaction shows invalid in their records, the bank says the money is debited and they can't do much unless the merchant reverses the payment and they have...

Made payment via Citrus on Google Pay for a Zara wallet and the money got deducted and order not processed.

Address:Kochi

I made a payment of Rs.1500 for a Zara wallet on the Zara application. The payment was made through Citrus payment via Google Pay.The amount was deducted and the order for cancelled. It has been a week since the issue happened and I haven't received my refund. Please help....

Payment deducted from my account but order not placed at Zara

I had placed 2 orders on Zara one on 19/09/2021 of 4980/- and another on 20/09/2021 of 4980/- and both times the payment was deducted from my account but order was not placed at zara. I had mailed 2 times to citrus regarding this issue and also made complaints here but there was no response. Please refund my money.

Payment failed via Zara

Address:B 603 Deepalika building Yari Road Versova

Hi I placed an order from Zara and chose to pay through UPI. Zara used citrus solutions for payments in UPI. My payment failed and Zara canceled the order but payment was deducted and gone to citrus solutions. No refund has been initiated. Please help me out with this....

Citrus Payment Solutions Order Zara from citrus payment gateways amount got deducted from my account as well as order at Zara go

I have my order in Zara today worth 3590/- the amount has been deducted from my account but the order is not placed, even zara is not responding as well.
Zara uses citrus payment gateway for the payment but as soon as I was reached the app back it was showing error.Zara is not responding as well.

Payment Not Credited to Beneficiaries (Videocon D2H) account

Address:C2&3 MELODY COOP HSG.SOC., 12 I.C.S. COLONY, Near Bhosale Nagar

On 15th Sept. I tried to pay annual subscription of Rs.6330/- Videocon D2H.
The Payment was being made through Bank Of India net banking facility.
Kindly find attached screen shots taken during transaction. My account has been debited by Rs.6330/- but Videocon Account has not recd. any credit. It is now nearly 8 days since the payment was initiated the account also has not got updated.
Kindly initiate the refund at once....

I purchased the product from zara on 21 sept 2021 and done the payment by UPI method. The amount is deducted from my account but the payment is showing pending in purchase section of zara. Please look into the matter...
