      Hi, I made a purchase on Zara website via Googlepay UPI. The payment gateway was Citrus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Money got deducted from my bank account but it was showing pending with Zara so I had to cancel it. I haven't received my refund. Kindly look into this.

              I have submitted my complaint on 21 September 2021 about my two payment failures to Zara. there has been no response from you guys. One bill is for 590 and another one was for 1790.
              I place my order through zara app. Your merchant citrus [protected]@axis bank. My money has been deducted from my bank account but my order is still pending. Please refund or process my order.

                    I ordered a product from ZARA app and chose to pay using UPI payment option. While the payment was completed using Google Pay app and transection was successful, however on the ZARA app in Citrus Pay gateway it failed to process and hence my order was not complete. Even with that, the money got deducted from my account and refund was not initiated from your end. So I’d like my refund at the earliest.

                                  I completed the payment through google pay for which Zara had used the citrus payment gateway.

                                  I did the transaction via my UPI ID and money got debited from my account but Zara did not receive the amount.

                                    • Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
                                    • Transaction date along with the amount.
                                    • Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
                                    • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
                                    • UPI / VPA if any used

                                      Citrus received the payment but Zara didn’t !

                                        Hello. I still haven't received the refund for the order I've cancelled a while ago. The payment has been done and amount has been deducted but Zara still couldn't even process it because it was a UPI payment and now they told me to contact this bank. Please make sure I get the refund at the earliest. Didn't expect such services through Zara atleast.
