            Immediate Attention : While making payment for hathway broadband the payment gateway automatically taken through citruspay and it saved my card without my permission. I want to delete my card details from the saved card. I have also followed the procedure given in the link but i am not able to select the saved card payment. I do not want my card to saved in citruspay. Kindly look into this and provide the solution to remove my card
            If i try to login citrus again it show 404 error found. It's really frustrated. I need a immediate solution to remove my card from the citruspay

                  I have not received my Rs. 800 payment on facebook ad account. while my SBI bank already paid 800 Rs. on citrus payment solution.

                  so why my payment reaches on FaceBook ad account. in this image you can see SBI bank msg they said already cut my 800 rs. via citrus. but citrus is failed to send 800 Rs. on facebook ad account. you can see the detail on the image.

                      We made a online payment on citrus for a company called gs1 for 30278 rs twice that is totally 60000 plus. But we received an email showing payment canceled both the times. The amount is deducted in our bank account twice. We had to make only one payment of around 30000 but as we received canceled email. We paid again. We have lost both payments. Pls guide.                             In 12 june 2018 i made the payment for second year nios deled registration. At first it was not success as it mentioned fail, again on second time i try and made payment success. After that when i check my balance it was deducted 12000, that is double.

                                        This is to state that my son Jai goel Premium trans I'd [protected], Policy no [protected], premium amount 15699 rs have been deducted from my account but I have not received any kind of premium receipt . This premium amount was submitted by me by ICICI net banking.on june 16, 2018..This is my due request to look after this matter and won't expect any further complaints from your side.
