Dear sir/madam i was applied for dm nephrology entrance exam july 2018 session. I paid through netbank. My first two payments was failed but amount debited from my account. I successfully paid third time. My application number is 1625.

    I have made payment of rs.1, 490.39 on 9/4/2018 to gvmc through bank of baroda (Retail) netbanking online vide their reference no.86050081/greatervis[protected]/cit. The same amount has not been credited to gvmc on the same date due to some gvmc website problem.

    Again i have verified the payment which has not been reflected in gvmc records.

    Hence, would you investigate this issue and arrange for refund of this amount at the earliest. Thanks and regards.

      I had a wallet linked with [protected]. I closed the account because i wanted to send the money back to the account. I had even entered the bank account in which i wanted the refund. It has been more than 45 days but still i have not received the amount. The total amount in the wallet was rs.14000/-

      Kindly look into the matter and let me know by when it will be resolved asap.

        Dear sir,
        Last night i had a transaction through citrus payment solution for paying my premium for bajajallianjlife insurance policy. Transaction showed that it is successful and a ₹6829/-is deducted from my a/c. Vide txn#870737. But the same is not deposited against the policy. So seeking an early reply in this regard. My policy no-[protected]. Neither iv received the confirmation nor transaction details. Even it is not yet paid to my policy a/c. So pls look into it

          Hi sir / madam,

          I have made the transaction rs. 12101 /-, on 3rd april 2018 for my annually premium pay to star health insurances company by using citrus pay. And i was received an e-mail your transaction has been successfully completed with payment receipt by citrus pay. But after the 10 days it not received to the star health company. They are saying we are not received your premium amount and your policy we will not renew if you not pay the premium. Actually payment link which i have received from star health official e-mail id (https://www.citruspay.com/invoice/6s4cj5cdfg/bhebxs1a63) and there fore i have paid premium by using that link.

          I tried to contact citrus pay customer care, but there is no response. Also i have checked with my bank which i made the transaction and they are said payment was successful and prn is :- [protected]

          Below are more details :-

          1) merchant order number: 1672

          2) citrus reference number: [protected]

          3) order amount: 12101.00 inr

          4) transaction date & time: apr 03, 2018 10:11:04 pm

          Also i have checked login to the citrus pay, and there it's show the my last transaction with successful.

            I would like to bring in to your notice that yesterday 12/04/2018 i had mobile recharge of 399/- but unfortunately i did on wrong mobile number so i searched on google to find customer care number where i found mr. Rajeev ranjan's contact details [protected] / [protected] who is the customer care agent however, i called this person and informed that i have mistakenly recharge wrong number so being as customer care will be able to reverse that amount. He confirmed that he will get it done by today 13/04/2018 afternoon and asked me is the card details are same through which transaction were done. Today evening when i checked my account balance there was 9999/- amount deduction from sbi account and i received an sms that it is transferred to citrus pay kotak
            Account.. How can you people do this without knowing the customer you are directly deducting the amount and doing fraud things.. I want my amount to be reversed on my account within 24hrs otherwise i will make this issue into big #... I will not leave this company... I will post every where about this incident and will take this incident in media and will get this even worst...

Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means.                 I made a payment to a Airtel Mobile Number on 03.04.2018 through Indian Bank Netbbanking. But the amount got credited to a landline. To reverse the payment and credit to the mobile no., Airtel is asking for reference No. I am trying to get in touch with the Citrus pay website. I am unable to do. No customer care no. is available in their website. I need the reference no. from the Citrus pay.

                    Sir,
                    On 14/12/2017. Rs.10018 tranferred from my account without my knowledge. Kindly track it and get back it to my account. However we complained this issue to our indian bank in the month of february. They cannot track this amount as on date. May i kindly request that please do the needful. During the month of november and december 2017, we transfer amount for entrance exam.
