Hello,
Morning i had tranfered 4000from karnataka bank credit card-607270XXXXXXX192 to kotak bank :- account number [protected]
But account was debited in karnataka bank but
Amount of 4000 was not deposited in my account that is kotak bank .
In this mode of payment is done with the kotak bank 811 app.kindly take this issue solved soon

Please resolve this issue.

                                  I was trying to make payment to DPS Vasant Kunj, New Delhi using their option for online payment of fees. Unfortunately on 5.07.2018 I was not able to complete the transaction although your gateway was used and the money from my SBI account was debited but not credited to DPS account. On 6th July 2018 I made other transaction of equivalent amount using the same website and using your gateway thereafter. The transaction details which is reflected in my account statement is attached for your ready reference.

                                    I've paid online payment from SBI net banking for enrollment number [protected]. NIOS DELED 2nd year admission fees Rs 6010 on 04/07/16 the money was deducted from my bank account reference number IGADWXAZY7 from SBI account [protected]. But the transaction was Failed so please refund back this money to the same SBI account Because on 06/07/18 I paid again for this same enrollment no from SBI ATM card Rs 6060 and it was successful reference no : OTHPG[protected] EAZYPAY BANK ICICI LMT MUMBAI from sbi account no [protected]. That's mean I've paid double payment for this person and please refund back the money which was deducted on 04/07/18 through net banking. Thanks Citrus Pay.

                                        My friend added my bank account to his citrus app(citrus account) to pay his debts directly to my bank account. now when i am trying to add my bank account to my citrus app(citrus account) i am getting an error message as "your bank account is added with some other citrus account please change the bank account" please help me to remove saved bank accounts from my friend citrus account.
