I made the online online payment by ezypay which has citrus as one of its payment gateway. The transaction number is invc4c4dd9e33.

But the payment was not submitted to hpcl and i had to make cash payment to the delivery person.

I am not sure as to what will happen to the 650, please refund the amount to the mode of payment and kindly remove such online payment options as it is like cheating common people and looting them.

Let me know if any further detail is required from my end.

    My payment was successful from citrus wallet but i didn't got any booking from zoomcar and my cash was deducted.
    Zoomcar also didn't give any information about the payment and booking.
    Citrus sent a mail of which i have attached file
    My amount withdrawal was inr 5709.
    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
    It has happened with me two times. I am requesting you to resolve this issue asap.

      My name is kamal basfor. I wanted to register my name for secondary admission at nios.ac.in online portal. So i have to pay 1545 to complete the registration. As i paid the amount through citrus hub, it showed payment failed status. But when i checked the bank account my money is debited. On the other side registration process is also showing payment pending. My cirtrus payment ref no is transfer/[protected]citrus/eazypay[protected]. Please help.

        ONE TIME .by same name again deducted 10000 another time.

            Dear sir/maam,

            I was recharging my internet plan through myslbb portal.in which citrus payment getway is used. After completing my hdfc netbanking page was not able to redirect it back to original page of payment.

            And thats how my transaction failed. But, money was debited from my account and its has been 3 days, i should have received the refund. But i didn’t receive any.

              Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                      I had received a fraudulent call on wednesday 16th may, 2018. The call was regarding redemption of the credit card points and my card details got shared unfortunately and i have lost a total of 69, 750/-. On approaching i confirmed the transaction was fraudulent and on checking the gateway the fraudsters have used the citrus pay kotak pos gateway.

The amount was debited from my account but not credited in HP gas agency, Chandigarh and also i didn't got any acknowledgement.My transaction Id was "by debit card-OTHPG 077847 Citrusp*pushpam Pune" and the amount was 668.61. already two weeks are gone and i didn't got any refund.I request you to refund the amount in my bank account.

                      I paid a student payment of entrance exams fee 1500 twice some error occured

                        Using 'my ghmc' app, i paid property tax to ghmc thru citrus pay for the year 2015-16 And 2016-17 an amount of rs. 5044.58 on 24/02/2016 using my HDFC banknet banking. My ptin is [[protected]], 20_b Abids circle, ghmc, hyderabad.

                        Till date, it is not credited to ghmc and they have raised a new property tax notice with penalty.

                        I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and inform me the details of transaction to enable me to settle the issue with ghmc. If the same is already credited to ghmc, please forward me those details. If not. Credit ghmc now under intimation to me.

                          Today (09.05.2018) i have received fradulant call bearing number [protected] named as ambika and murugan that he is speaking from sbi nungambakkam branch and informed my credit limit and also asked my sbi credit card number for updating my reward points. As i trust he is from bank, i informed sbi card number after that i received message that rs.40500 has been spent citruspay spicesafar. Then only i realised that i was cheated by the call.                                 I have transferred rs 1000.00 to kotak bank zero balance savings account from my standarad chartered bank account on 10/05/2018 but same is not yet credited to kotak bank and not returned to standared chartered bank. The transaction id is inv8359fd17a. The payment was transferred to kotak for opening of zero balance savings bank account throgh link send by kotak bank.

                                    Twice we have booked bus via citrus payment solutions on 30.3.18
                                    Amounting to 1260 (630+630).
                                    But there was no confirmation of ticket booking. And no refund was obtained so far even after complaint registration.
                                    Its been almost a month and still the issue has not been resolved. I have received an email stating that refund has been initiated but no amount was credited pertaining to the same account. And there has been no proper response via the customer service center. I would like to have the customer service number to have a proper communication regarding the issue.

                                      My reference number is[protected]. An amount of 3268 rupees was debited from my account but the withdrawal initiated amount have not received at the other end. I request you to look into this issue and solve the problem at the earliest.

                                      I got an email from customer service to submit below details:

                                      • registered email id and mobile number: [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]

                                      • bank or citrus transaction reference number:[protected]

                                      • exact date and time of transaction: 21 april 2018, 2:24 pm

                                      • exact transaction amount: rs.3268.

                                      But citrus customer service team never bothered to reply to my complaints. After 3 days i forwarded them hdfc bank's email which stated to check the payment at merchant's end as the money has been debited and initiated. Citrus customer service never replied to my complaints till date, please take my complaint seriously as it has been more than 10 days.
