But the payment was not submitted to hpcl and i had to make cash payment to the delivery person.

I am not sure as to what will happen to the 650, please refund the amount to the mode of payment and kindly remove such online payment options as it is like cheating common people and...

my payment failed during transaction

Dear sir/maam,

I was recharging my internet plan through myslbb portal.in which citrus payment getway is used. After completing my hdfc netbanking page was not able to redirect it back to original page of payment.

And thats how my transaction failed. But, money was debited from my account and its has been 3 days, i should have received the refund. But i didn’t receive any.

I have transferred rs 1000.00 to kotak bank zero balance savings account from my standarad chartered bank account on 10/05/2018 but same is not yet credited to kotak bank and not returned to standared chartered bank. But there was no confirmation of ticket booking. And no refund was obtained so far even after complaint registration.
Its been almost a month and still the issue has not been resolved. I have received an email stating that refund has been initiated but no amount was credited pertaining to the same...
