I have made payment for online submission of formfillup through my debit card. Payment has been deducted from my account but status of payment made is not changed in nios. The detail of payment made is given below. — thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx7596 for a purchase worth rs751.88 on pos nios1136045 at citruspay nios txn#[protected]. But payment made in status is not change please trace it or i have to make another payment.

                  Dear sir on 3 march 2018 i had added rs10000 to my kotak 811 account through my bank of india debit card. The amount was debited from my bank of india account but was not credited to my kotak 811 account. The error i had recieved after completing the payment was "we encountered an internal error".

                            Sir, should i make another payment or not.
                            You put me on the real trouble.
                            the last date has been fixed on 6 that is by tomorrow, otherwise i have to paid extra fine Rs. 250 in addition of the liable amount.
                            Sir/ madam, is it the real way to do the real business, bluffing the customer.

                              Hi,

                              I had done transaction of rs. 757.50 to nios on 26th with reference no 75503728058018372138563. It is debited to my account but not credited to nios. As per bank the payment was made, request you please confirm the status of my transaction as soon as possible. We have to do payment of my exam fee so either credit to nios or credit to my account.

                                    Amoumt of rs199 for the airtel recharge was done throught hdfc netbanking, money was debited and just at after it showed the recharge unsuccessful try again to receive the recharge.. ..

At that time both the transaction getting failed and amount of rs. 2681.27 has been deducted and same not reversed yet. Kindly check and revert.                                         On 17th and 23rd of february i had loaded money on kotak 811 account through my debit card.
                                        The transaction made on both dates were failure but money was debited from my account. But my money is still not refunded back to my account.
