Hello sir..
I did payment of 1000rs to kae. Kar. Nic.in (Karnataka exam authority) pgcet 2018 online registration through ur site.. I got "transaction success" money got debited from my account but my payment status is"payment not done"

So please i request you to refund my money back to my account..

It happened for one more time sir...in total 2000rs (1000rs twice) debited from my account during payment to kae. Kar. Nic.in (Karnataka examination authority) pgcet online registration... We need to register for the counselling sir..
Please either refund our money to us or send it to karnataka examination authority... Please react as fast as u can.. Thank you

Sir.. I paid twice to Karnataka examination authority pgcet online registration..₹1000 twice... Now ₹2000 debited from my account... But my payment is done to Karnataka examination authority.. I should get a refund of 1000₹...

Sir, I have done the payment for d.el.ed 1st semester exam for 501, 502 and 503 on 1st march 2018 at 07:18pm. But the status is still not changing nor refunding but showing payment not made even after 3 days.

    Dear sir,

    I have made a payment of rs.1000 to pget online registration in kea (Karnataka examination authority) site through your link.
    I did the payment twice.
    Both times, it showed "transaction successful", but my payment status in the site is 'payment not done'.
    Thus i lost 2000 rupees and still cannot register in the site.

    I request you to refund the money to the same account from where it is debited.

    I made a payment through net banking ( Andhra bank) to Hathway Internet via citrus... my amount has been debited from my account but Hathway has not received the amount due to which my internet has been deactivated.Please make refund arrangements.

      I was trying to add money rs.7000 to kotak 811 account through add to fund process but due to some technical issue my money got debited and not get refunded to my source card.. Nor got money in kotak mahindra bank account.. The error was something went wrong network conn reset.. But kotak bank manager told me that money reversed and they have also provided citrus pay payment gateway txn id and merchant id...                   मैंने दिनांक 6 मार्च 2018 को डी.एल.एड. प्रथम सेमेस्टर का परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने के लिए पेमेंट डेबिट कार्ड से किया तभी सर्वर एरर बताई एवम् पेमेंट भी अकाउंट से कटा, पर एग्जाम फॉर्म में पेमेंट नही हुआ।

                        I have made an withdrawal of two amounts from my citrus wallet on 1st march 2018. Details are as under:

I have raised the issue using citrus app many times but i have not got any response from citrus team regarding above two transaction. Its been more than 5 days still the amount is not credited to my bank account.
