I have already submitted you all details.
I have applied in the course of D.El.Ed of NIOS online. System error occurred during the payment of Rs 4500 of above course at the date of 27/09/2017. Amount of Rs 4510 is debited from my A/c no. [protected] (HDFC bank) with reference no.[protected] and payment gateway [protected]-CITRUSEAZYPAY. But my application status shown as "payment not made" until last due date 30/09/2017 while the debited amount of Rs 4510 have not refunded in my account.
Finally I have paid again Rs 4500 with reference no.[protected] and payment gateway [protected]-CitrusNIOS which is successful payment at the date of 30/09/2017.
I have mailed the HDFC bank for clarification. But they revert back me as "The transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Incase if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant. It may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end. Incase if the merchant denies of having received the funds for the said transaction or there is no revert from the merchant, do write back to us with the merchant confirmation of non-receipt of funds.".
So kindly check the same and solve my issues on urgent basis and revert me the above debited amount. I will be very thankfull to you for this act of kindness.
