An amount of rs1211.80 was deducted from my sbi bank account no [protected] with ref no. [protected] igadekmcx7 on 24th march 2018 for jipmer mbbs application which was unsuccessful. The amount has not been refunded. Kindly process the refund immediately. Please call me on [protected] for any queries and process my request. I can enclose the ministatement if need be.

          I had transferred 1150 to my kotak bank from paytm payments bank but i did not received the money to my kotak account and money has been deducted from my paytm payments bank

          Please resolve this issue and refund my money back to me please

              I had booked my movie tickets in spicinema app on 31st march 2018 and during the first time i got an error after the otp was logged in and so i tried again and the same result and so i tried again to book it and still the same result. I did not receive any confirmation from the cinema for the ticket also but all three transaction of my were debited from my axis bank account for the tune of rs. 3917.28 (Rs.1305.76 x 3 times).                 I also received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com asking me to share my contact no. As soon as i sent my contact some body called me saying i am from citrus solution mobile no. [protected] asking me to share my debit card no to credit the amount to my bank since the recharge has not been done. I told him i am ready to share any details of my debit card. He replied that sorry we are unable to do anything for you then.

                Later i found that your site is https://www.consumercomplaints.in and the mail i received asking for my contact details is from [protected]@gmail.com

                I do think this is fraud case. Pl investigate this is detail.

                      I had made payment for my cable connection. The payment was routed through citrus. I found, to my horror, that my card details were already saved with citrus.

                      By default, citrus saves our credit card details. This is wrong policy. Sometimes we mistakenly do not select the do not save card button.

                      I want to delete my saved card details. But there is no option given on the citrus payment gateway to delete my saved credit card details. See screenshot.

                      How do i delete my saved credit card without being forced to become a member of citrus wallet?

Just to let you know that the card details or the net banking information that you save with us are 100% secured. However, if you still wish to delete the information, please login to our website (https://consumer.citruspay.com) & follow the below steps.

                      - Login to www.citruspay.com (Consumer Login) with your registered email id
                      - Upon logging in click on 'Show All' available under Saved Payment options.
                      - Under My Saved Payment options, you will find all the saved card details
                      - Click on delete option & your card details will be deleted.

                      Clearly you have not read the last line of my complaint! I have seen this exact same response you have given to someone else.

                      Please note that I am NOT registered with Citrus. Nor do I wish to register with Citrus. Your terms and conditions clearly state that "In order to register, create and use a Citrus Account, PayU may require that you submit to it certain personal information".

                      I do NOT want to become a member of Citrus. So why should I part with my Personal Information to you?! I just want to delete my card details that you have taken from me when I was making my broadband cable payment.

                      I repeat my question again: - "How do I delete my saved credit card without being forced to become a member of Citrus Wallet?"

                        Amount of rs 3026.56 (Rs1513.28+rs1513.28) paid from two bank accounts to jipmer for mbbs application was debited from my accounts, kindly refund them, as citrus failed to send to jipmer. We paid from different a/c and got jipmer application succesfully. Kindly credit money to the same accounts as details given below.

                              My paytm debit card transaction to kotak bank amount rs 500 transferred,
                              But this amount not credited to my kotak saving account,

                              I have deposit 500 to kotak mahindra by usnig paytm debit card.

                                    I was trying to pay for the jipmer mbbs application fee from jipmer website, through net banking of my icici bank on 23.03.2018. Two times i have tried, it failed to credit to jipmer and money (Rs.1500 - 2 times) also not reversed to my account till now (24.03.2018 - 6.00 pm).

                                        Sub : regarding two times payment paid for the course of d. El. Ed. With reference no. D[protected] and enrolment no. [protected].

                                        Let me begin with thanking you for the time spent on this email. I have applied in the course of d. El. Ed online. System error occurred during the payment of rs 4500 of above course at the date of 27/09/2017. Amount of rs 4510 is debited from my a/c no. [protected] (Hdfc bank) with reference no.[protected] and payment gateway [protected]-citruseazypay. But my application status shown as "payment not made" until last due date 30/09/2017 while the debited amount of rs 4510 have not refunded in my account.

                                        Finally i have paid again rs 4500 with reference no.[protected] and payment gateway [protected]-citrusnios.

                                        I have mailed the hdfc bank for clarification. But they revert back me as "the transaction has been successfully processed at the bank's end. Incase if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant. It may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end. Incase if the merchant denies of having received the funds for the said transaction or there is no revert from the merchant, do write back to us with the merchant confirmation of non-receipt of funds.".

                                        So kindly check the same and solve my issues on urgent basis and revert me the above debited amount. I will be very thankfull to you for this act of kindness.

                                        I have applied in the course of D.El.Ed of NIOS online. System error occurred during the payment of Rs 4500 of above course at the date of 27/09/2017.
