mumbai metro card failed to recharge

I recharged reliance metro card with rs 500 and money got debited from my account while metro card does not get recharge.

Kindly check trail mails from bank and please confirm stating that you have not received the amount.

Hi sir
I had made a payment towards nois exam fee for ref. No - d[protected], enrollment no. [protected], though sbi net banking transaction no - igadaausb6 on 01 mar 2017and citrus payment ref no - [protected], payment was debited from account, but it not made payment completed to nois, after 14 days another payment has made that was successful,
Therefore requested my first payment of rs 760/- may refunded to my account.

    On 30/01/2018 I made a payment of ₹2251.50 on djbmseva app of my bill no.[protected] k.no. [protected]) through my Kotak credit card...amount was received by citrus pay ( transaction merchant number-008764)..but amount was not transferred to Delhi jal board as payment of my bill..the amount was then added in my next month bill as arrears by Delhi jal board..
    Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible..

      I made a payment today morning 22/03/2018 @ 9.01 am to jipmer mbbs. Using net banking facility. The transaction displayed success and the amount is deducted from my bank account with icici, jubilee hills, hyderabad.

      The transaction id is[protected].

      However, after i get the message transaction success, the time out message
      Is displayed on the screen.

      Jipmer folks are not acknowledging the amount. Kindly resolve asap.

        An online payment of rs. 1513/- towards jipmer admission application process was effected through federal bank vide transaction no. [protected] on[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account but jipmer site says the amount was not received by them. Hence please refund the amount to my account immediately since i need to effect payment once again

          We understand your concern and would like to let you know that, all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

          In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued your Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on this process.

            I was trying to do the payment for jipmer entrance exam using netbanking through citrus. I was using my axis bank account. But after submitting all details and otp, the amount was deducted frommy account and i recieved the message, but in the site it said timeout error. I had to submit again.                 Admission fee for Irma form was paid by internet banking 1400 RS . each time for three successful attempts two times on 29/12/17 and once on 20/01/18.thus 4200 RS. was deducted from account neither credited to institute account nor was deposited back in sending account of SBI.inspite of repeated requests written mails.No result, please intervene.many complaints thus made but nobody neither bank nor Irma institute bothered, now as you are merchant to transfer the money by citrus pay, please help

                  On March 4, 2018, My PNB Debit card transaction to my Kotak bank for amount Rs 9972 failed. Amount was debited from my PNB account but was not credited to my Kotak savings account . This transaction was done in Kotak 811 App, Fund My Account section.
                  Transaction ID: ECOM [protected] CITRUSPAY KOTAK.
                  Payment gateway was Citrus Pay Etailing Mumbai.
                  My Kotak Bank CRN number[protected]
                  On March 4, 2018 I lodged a complaint to [protected]@citruspay.com
                  They gave me the Ticket ID[protected]
                  But till today I have not got the amount back. Please resolve the issue soon

                  In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed to your source account within 7 to 10 working (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday).

                    Using 'my ghmc' app, i paid property tax to ghmc thru citrus pay for the year 2017-18 an amount of rs. 2805.90 on 27/04/2017 using my andhra bank debit card. My ptin # is [protected], lb nagar circle, ghmc, hyderabad.

                    Till date, it is not credited to ghmc and they have raised a new property tax notice with penalty.

                    I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and inform me the details of transaction to enable me to settle the issue with ghmc. If the same is already credited to ghmc, please forward me those details. If not. Credit ghmc now under intimation to me.

                                I have done an online transaction against citrus transaction ID CTX[protected] for 34198.84₹ which failed and is confirmed as failed by [protected]@citruspay.com and auto reversed on 29/12/17 as said, but not yet credited into my account.

                                My bank doesn't not support dispute complaint, as advised by your customer care to be raised me.
                                Kindly re-rverse the transaction, so i can get my money back.
                                Please take this issue seriously as I am not getting any help from anywhere.

                                  On 10 march 2018 i had loaded 10000 rupees. from my punjab national debit card to kotak 811 through debit card. Money got debited from my Punjab National Bank account but was not credited To Kotak 811 account.There were 12 transaction on this date .But the report sent to me by Citrus pay solutions shows only 11 transactions.So i Kindly request Citruspay to trace my missing transaction and tell me where my money is.
                                  Citruspay customer care is asking for payment id or citrus transaction id but as i recieved payment processing failed error i had not got any id for that particular transaction.

                                  I had already provided them all other details as requested by them.

                                  Kindly take appropriate action snd look into my problem

                                    I have done one payment to airtel through my icici bank account on 7th february 2018 through internet banking. It is not yet reflected to airtel account as well as not reversed to my account.

                                    Are you working on my issue? My hard earn money is deducted on 7th Feb 2018 and forwarded to CITRUS. But it is not paid in my airtel mobile account. So many time I have raised this issue with Airtel, ICICI and CITRUS. CITRUS looks to be least bothered about this issue. There is no update from CITRUS though I provided whatever information is required. Please let to whom I should approach to get my money back. It looks to be consumer forum is the last option open for me.

                                      My payment of ₹1000 was processed successfully on the online payment option of kea pget online registration but it does not show the transaction details on my userid!
                                      They ask us to make the payment again and we’re unable to proceed on the next step because of this and that’s not right.
                                      Please do the needful it’s very important.
                                      Otherwise please refund the amount to the concerned account from which i have transferred the money.
