Sir/madam

I am smriti rekha gogoi from sivasagar, assam. I am already paid my colleagues paymento name rupa saikia and dipsikha baru ah by using my debit card. Messages came to my airtel mobile that payment is debited to nios. But still status has not shown.
I therefore request you kindly to look after my problem. It's a serious problem for me because i tried to help my colleagues but now it creates a problem for me because of misunderstanding. Please help me.

    CITRUS WALLET REGISTERED MOBILE - [protected].

    I have been installed Citrus wallet (Payu) mobile app by Citrus customer care before 6 months. This app allows to send, accept money. I have requested amount Rs 25000 on 23rd Feb 2018 (Fri) to my client by sending payment link to [protected]. I forget to select my current bank account before sending the payment link. Now client received the payment link and opens the link from message, and make payment of Rs 25000. Transaction goes sucessfull but amount goes to Citrus UPI Ac, because I have not selected my Curent Bank account before sending payment link. I accept that this is my mistake. I immediately raised the complaint (issue i.e feedback) to Citrus wallet customer care from mobile itself, because Citrus Wallet app doesnot have any Telephone number. After my many mail messages Mr Ujjwal Bhandare have replied me that sorry for Inconvenience caused please provide me alternate Bank Account for amount transfer. I have immediately replied with my Bank account details on 26th Feb 2018. But still as on today 27th Feb 2018 Citrus Wallet app Customer care didn't replied me regarding transaction. I have also send 2 reminder mail on 27th Feb 2018. But no reply received from Citrus Wallet customer care. I am fedup from this email conversation. Please help me to resolve this issue with Citrus Wallet App customer care (Payu money).

          I have done a transaction of rs.10000.00 to my csc wallet by net banking with citrus payment way, due to net failure i have cancelled my transaction. But at the same time, deduction was made of said amount with transaction no.[protected] on dated 26.02.2018 at 12:35:52.

                On 17 th february i added rs 10000 to my kotak 811 application. The money was debited from my state bank of india bank account and was not credit to my kotak 811 account. I recieved error that payment proceessing failed please try again. Whereas kotak bank is telling that we have credited your money on 18th february which is truly false because i did not recieve money. They are giving me diffrent citrus id through which i added money on kotak 811 using some other bank debit card on 18th of february. They are not providing me some solid proof which is needed that my money was credited using my state bank of india debit card with matching to my bank refrence id in my bank statement. Customer care is also not helping. This total mental harrasment to me. They always say that we have already credited this money through your account but i myself know that my money is not credited.
                Kindly tell where my money is. Its my right. You cant keep telling lies like that. And you are harrasing customer asking for which refrence id your money was not credited. How can i get a refrence id because i recieved an error.
                They keep telling lie giving me false citrus refrence id.
                So take my complain seriously or i will have to complain with rbi regarding this matter or i may send a legal notice.

                          I had paid an amount of Rs. 4500/- (+53.10 Service charge) towards NIOS D.EL.Ed. Admission through SBI DEBIT CARD 29/09/2017. The amount was deducted from my account but then browser displayed an error page. After checking NIOS portal, it was seen "payment not made" at payment status. As per debit card history, the reference no. of the transaction is NIOStxn#[protected].
                          I waited till date to get the money back to my account, but unfortunately it is not being credited yet.
                          Please do the needful at your earliest convenience.
