Sir,
I bhupeshkumar j lad, professor of narmada college, zadeshwar. Initiated fee - payment of one student on 23, august-2017 for which the response from payment gateway was captured and money was detected and credited to narmada college account with account number[protected] in bob, gnfc branch. But the fee receipt was not generated. The money of 3590.13 rs was spent with trace no 230405 and pos id 30000174. So, i applied for refund as the amount was deducted and fees was not generated. My college clark had initiated for refund with id no. Rfnd0609171 on 6 the sep, 2016, but till today the said amount is not credited back in to my credit card of axisbank. Please look in to the matter, as my clark he has done the process of refund, but i have not received my refund till date. Thanks and regards, b j lad.

The refund of Rs. 3590 was made through payment gateway of BoB i.e. citruspay with ID-RFND0609171 on 6th September 2017.
It is requested your kind office to verify the status of the said ID.
