I have deposited exam fees of enrolment id [protected] and [protected] via icici credit card xxxx4002 on 15 feb

Date refrence no name amount
[protected] [protected] citruspay nios 757.50 dr.
[protected] [protected] citruspay nios 757.50 dr.

But the http://dled.nios.ac.in/AttendanceLogin/improvementexam.aspx is still showing payment not made

Can you please look into this and complete the transition or revert it.?

    As i have paid nios d. I. E. D examination fee but its showing payment is not made, money is also deducted. My amount is rs.757.5/- is deducted and on the nios site it is being showing that the payment not made so please kindly go through my issue and do the needful, i am also uploading the amount deducted message also, and the payment was made[protected].                 This issue is in reference to payment of rs 62304/- inclusive taxes made against citrus reference number ctx[protected], very high convenience fees of rs1102/- has been charged to me when i made payment through my credit card. First of all it shouldn't be charged from me, if it has been charged then it should be of rs 600/- @1.17% which shown during payment but you have charged double the amount. Plz refund my money of rs 1100/- in citrus account against my no. [protected]. Waiting for refund

                      This is to inform you that i was booking tickets through irctc from howra to yeswantpur on 01/02/18. Unfortunately tickets booking was showing failed but my account was debited. My transaction id is [protected]. I was paying through my boi debit card. I was sent a mail to irctc, but irctc told me that account is not debited by them. My bank details wss showing me that account debited by pos citrusp. Sir do something about this matter.

                      I have made a payment of Rs. 5461/- on 15.01.2018 thourgh net banking of State Bank of India vide Transaction No. [protected] IGACSOUPX2 against Policy No. 3673747. Payment was debited from my account but not credited in the account of Bajaj Allianz against my above policy. The amount may be reversed back in my account.

                            I had made a payment or rs. 10, 101.66 through internet banking from my saving account in state bank through kotak mahindra - citrus payment gateway. The details of transaction are as below (Sbi transaction referance no. I)

                            Though the amount is debited to my account, the same is not credited in jal board account even after a period of 9 days.

                                I was making payment to NIOS by Yes bank netbanking system on 18.01.2018 for a amount of Rs.2170.40, the Transaction ID is [protected].                                   I bhupeshkumar j lad, professor of narmada college, zadeshwar. Initiated fee - payment of one student on 23, august-2017 for which the response from payment gateway was captured and money was detected and credited to narmada college account with account number[protected] in bob, gnfc branch. But the fee receipt was not generated. The money of 3590.13 rs was spent with trace no 230405 and pos id 30000174. So, i applied for refund as the amount was deducted and fees was not generated. My college clark had initiated for refund with id no. Rfnd0609171 on 6 the sep, 2016, but till today the said amount is not credited back in to my credit card of axisbank. Please look in to the matter, as my clark he has done the process of refund, but i have not received my refund till date. Thanks and regards, b j lad.

                                      Hi team,

                                      My husband recharged sun dth [protected] for monthly subscription package of rs 289. The amount got debited from his account (Reference no[protected]. He also got a confirmation in a message from citrus as "payment was successful". but the channels were not activated and when contacted the customer care, they said that the amount is still not reflecting. Hence, he recharged again and it is now activated. Now the amount got debited twice.

                                      Please help to refund the amount of rs 289.

                                      I have attached screenshot of both the transactions from hdfc netbanking.

                                      Kindly look into this on priority and help to get the amount refunded.
