This is sanju.
I have order a product online (Jockey order number [protected]) which did not completed as merchant (Jockey) were not received payment confirmation from my bank. But as i initiated the transaction and completed from my end, the amount (1068rs) got deducted from my account.
I enquired about this issue with jockey india and also with the bank. Both merchant and bank asked me to contact the citrus payment solution. Also the bank already forwarded the complaint to citrus but no reply yet.
But the citrus payment solution customer executive is always busy while calling and not replying my complaints on mail id.
