Sir, i have withdrawn an amount of 900 from citrus wallet to state bank of india account, but it is not credited to bank account. The transaction is done on 26 jan 2018, but oday its 28 jan 2018, but money is not credited. Please look into the issue. T he transaction amount is 900 and the screenshot is shared below containing the transaction id

    Dear sir

    Recently i paid a fees on 29 december 2017 for entrance exam of national institute of fashion technology (Nift) of ₹1500 by citruspay wallate
    This payment is failed but money deducted from my wallet i did not received any refund.
    I write many complaints but no one giving me proper answer.
    Transaction id 1044711 this id recived on citruspay app
    Other transaction id recived on mail is
    Ctx[protected]
    Transaction held on[protected] at 3:54 pm using citruspay application
    And after payment failed i pay using net banking beacause it was a last day for application, please redund my money as soon as possible

    Nift saying that they not recived money or if payment failed you will get refund in 10 days but ita 26th day after making payment
    I want my money back

    Useless company

    You have tieup with citrus then why you not my problem on your side

    I am going to consumer court file complaint against your company...

      On 16 January 2018, I filled up the COMEDK application form. My application no. is COM001616.I paid RS 2499.24 through the citrus payment gateway as an examination fee.The amount was debited and the transaction is successful. The Merchant order no. is COM00161620180116211309819 and the citrus reference no. is CTX[protected] and the transaction date & time is 16 Jan 2018 at 09:16:38 PM.
      Whereas the application form could not be downloaded & it shows that application form is unsuccessful.
      I am attaching below the screenshot of the comedk web page.The transaction no is. [protected].

        I have initiated the withdrawal request of rs 5000 on 11th january and today is 17th january but the amount is not yet recieved in my bank account. I received the message that the amount will be recieved within 2 days but till date i did not receive the amount.

        Kindly look into the issue asap as i need the money urgently.

          Payment of 1564 was done, however, just after the payment, the site did not refresh in to the Jetairways site.

            I have transferred rs 10000.00 to kotak bank saving account from my icici bank account on 12/01/2018 but same is not yet credited to kotak bank and not returned to icici bank.                       This complaint is in reference to the txn. Made on 30.11.2017 for an amount of rs.5059/- debited twice from my iob savings a/c. The payment was made through my visa debit card though citrus payment gateway but no such confirmation received from the receiver's end. Later on i used my credit card for the said transaction & the same was successful. Now almost 40 days have been passed but the amount of rs.10118 (Rs.5059 x 2 times) is still not been credited to my a/c which should have done within max 2-3 days. Attaching all the relevant docs required, kindly help me in this regard.

                                This is sanju.
                                I have order a product online (Jockey order number [protected]) which did not completed as merchant (Jockey) were not received payment confirmation from my bank. But as i initiated the transaction and completed from my end, the amount (1068rs) got deducted from my account.

                                I enquired about this issue with jockey india and also with the bank. Both merchant and bank asked me to contact the citrus payment solution. Also the bank already forwarded the complaint to citrus but no reply yet.

                                But the citrus payment solution customer executive is always busy while calling and not replying my complaints on mail id.

                                      Hi,

                                      I tried to pay my college fee rs.1, 12, 515.00/- on 02/01/2017 (Kl university, vijayawada) for my second semester. So, my college portal was using easypay which redirected me to citrus gateway.

                                      I made a payment using andhra bank and amount got debited from the bank. The gateway showed me a transaction failure. It's been 3 days and i didn't get any message back from my college or from my bank.

                                      Please help...
