    I karishma kandwal having reg. No.[protected] for the post code 113 on uksssc.in website. A recuritment website of govt. O[censored]ttarakhand, on which i had made a payment of worth rs. 300 dated 30/12/2017. Unfortunately the money was deducted from my account but the site is showing the non payment of fees. The money is not returned on my account till date. So please help me out from this problem and kindly refund my fees or tell uksssc to reflect it on my name and reg no.

        Dear sir
        While filling form of online nios (Ode) registration on 31/12/2017 an amount of rs. 1212 nios citrus txn#[protected] deducted from my account but nios status is still showing payment not made

        But amount got deducted why this is happening? In other gateways it never happens if happen refunded within minutes or one hours but in this case the amount is not refunded so please help me

          While creating a merchant account, citrus requires you to submit proof of business to transfer funds. Inspite of all submissions from our end, no one from the team is bothered to approve the account. They have been sitting on our money and conveniently delaying the approval process. Every query takes more than a week to be heard, and they have no customer helpline where you can directly speak to someone. Disgusting service.

            I've done a transaction through my irctc account on 29th of december 2017 which was not complete due to session being timed out the transaction was carried out by citrus payu as the transaction was failed it should have been refunded back to account but this did not happen till date. As i contacted irctc they've clearly mentioned in their statement that they did not receive any payment and my bank passbook clearly shows a deduction which should be returned by the channels of citrus i request you to kindly look into the matter with immidiate effect. The amount deducted after the online convince fee was ₹2317.34 whereas the ticket amount was ₹2290. The transaction id is [protected]

              I had remitted an amount of rs.1103/- through you to sun tv being the top up against my a/c no.[protected] on 23.12.17 by internet banking through union bank of india. As my sun tv programmes was cut off i enquired with their customer care who informed that the said amount was not credited to their a/c and as such they had disconnected my connection.                       Through citrus payment gateway via debit card the process was usual, amount got deducted from my bank account but after processing back the payment was not acknowledged and the gateway gave a message of repayment which i cancelled. The amount was deducted but did not reach the merchant niether recredited.

                                  On 21st december i tried to add rs1000 in my kotak mahindra account no.[protected] through net banking of pnb using kotak mahindra app. Money has been deducted from my pnb account but not added to my kotak account and payment to kotak bank was being done through citrus wallet. I am providing the transaction remarks-citrus pa/[protected]/[protected]/. So sir please look into this and either add money to kotak mahindra bank or refund it to my pnb bank account as soon as possible. I hope the concerned authority will take necessary actions. I am really worried from 5 days.

                                  There is not facing any contact number and my problem is i dont get withdrewal also not facing my ammount in wallet. my resister number is [protected]. if there is cross withdrewal limit then return my payment in my credit card where from i loded money to wallet.

                                      Tried to add money to my kotak mahindra 811 accout using the kotak app..

                                      I was trying to add 5000 rupees using my sbi debit card details and otp.

                                      The payment failed showing connection timed out error but money was gone from my sbi account.

                                      I tried twice to add the money as it was an emergency, both the time same error came up and total 10k was taken from my accoount.

                                      Please try resolve this issue asap

                                        Please refer to the above transaction done for booking the jet airways ticket from indore to pune and back. While i fed the otp, it showed some error message and could not process the ticket. The money was debited to our account on 24th dec but as on date has not been credited to the punjab national bank saving account. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
