-i have opened a account into kotak mahindra bank,
-i have transfer amount rs.1000 through citrus payment on 23-dec-2017
From my sbi account to kotak mahindra bank account,
-payment mode was internet banking.
-but amount is not credited to the kotak mahindra bank yet.

Following is the debit transaction from my sbi account, please find for the reference:

Please help to resolve this issue asap.

For kotak 811 virtual account the citrus payment around has been debited via citrus pay and with in 48 hours kotak bank credited my money back to account which was debited.

I was worried weather the money will be credited or not, finally i got.

      I tried to fund transfer my kotak account with 2 payments of total 2000 rs by netbanking once and by debit card once through sbi account and sbi account got deducted for 2000rs at the same time but money did not got credited to my kotak account, details are as follows:

      Transaction date — 21/12/17
      Transaction ref no. For 1000 amount [protected]igacorvca1this is with netbanking
      Transaction date -+25/12/17 ref no. For 1000 amount transferred. —[protected] citruspaykotak mumbai this is with debit card payment

        Hello there... My name is suraj mishra... I made a transaction of rs 1000 on[protected].. I was depositing this amount in my kotak bank account... I made my transaction from my another debit card from another bank... And after initiating my transaction no money deposited on my account but got deducted from my second account...           I have had the same problem. My payment from SBI debit card to Kotak 811 account failed, but the amount has got debited from my SBI account and doesn't show up in Kotak 811 account.

            I tried to fund my kotak account with 2 payments of total 26000 rs by netbanking through sbi account and sbi account got deducted for 26000 rs at the same time but money did not got credited to my kotak account, details are as follows:

            Transaction date — 24/12/2017. At around 5-6 pm
            Transaction ref no. For 25000 amount transferred — igacpfrqz0
            Transaction ref no. For 1000 amount transferred. — igacpftwt4
            Amount transferred — 2 amount were transferred 1) 25000 rs
            2) 1000 rs

                I am using my kotak 811 account. On 21 dec2017 i have funded my account using my debit card with rs 20000. It gave me error that connection timed out and also i did not get any refrence no for the transaction. The amount got debited from my bank account but was not credited to my kotak 811 account. When i call customer care they every time say that we will solve this issue soon. But 3 days have passed and the issue is unresolved and my money got stucked with them.
                Please help me i require my money urgently.
                Kotak bank is spoiling its name by doing this.
                Please dont play with customers money.
                Please solve my problem soon and credit my money as soon as possible

                  I have paid rs 50410 to icici prudential life insurance using my union bank savings a/cs. Transaction id is caa934050 on 20 oct 2017. As per icici pru life, they have not received it. As per ubi, a/c statement, the payment has not been reverted. Need urgent help to resolve as the payment done is absconding since long and aas per icici i am out of insurance coverage of value 80l which is creating risk for my family. Need urgent help.

                    I was done the payment for airtel digital tv rs.800 through citrus payment gateway but it was not successful reference number inb/[protected] and the amount was debited in my bank account but not recredited to my account. Kindly go through the payment reference number above mentioned and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please recredit the debited amount to my account as early as possible.

                            I have transferred fund from my union bank of india current account to my kotak personal saving account which was not transferred from past two days but hey to be resolved. And this was done thru citrus payment gateway and money debited from current but not credited to my saving amounting 40, 275. I have installed kotak 811 app from where this fund transfer was made and gateway used was citrus. It was taking lot of time when this transaction was made and after ward there was an error shown error connection time out. Please look into this seriously and do the needful.

                                      On 18 dec 2017, i transferred 3000 rupees from citrus wallet to my bank account but till today (Means upto 23 dec 2017) i haven't received any information about my money. My experience with citrus is worst. This is my first and last use of citrus account. I will recommend everyone go with different app. As they (Citrus) don't have citrus customer care executive people because when you call customer care computer will tell you that all executive are busy will different customer and automatically phone will disconnect. So strongly i am disappointed with this app.

                                        I had used my sbi debit card to funding my kotak mahindra 811 bank account as on 21/12/17 amt - 4600 but my sbi account debited but my kotak account is not credited.
                                        There are two transactions amt 4600/- & amt 5550/-
                                        Same thing money debited from sbi but not credited to kotak.

                                        It is very emergency to get the money please help me in the case.
