I tried to fund transfer my kotak account with 2 payments of total 2000 rs by netbanking once and by debit card once through sbi account and sbi account got deducted for 2000rs at the same time but money did not got credited to my kotak account, details are as follows:

I am using my kotak 811 account. On 21 dec2017 i have funded my account using my debit card with rs 20000. It gave me error that connection timed out and also i did not get any refrence no for the transaction. The amount got debited from my bank account but was not credited to my kotak 811 account. I have paid rs 50410 to icici prudential life insurance using my union bank savings a/cs. Transaction id is caa934050 on 20 oct 2017. As per icici pru life, they have not received it. As per ubi, a/c statement, the payment has not been reverted.
