For opening a seving account in kotak mahindra bank through debit card payment powered by citrus payment at online on 23/12/2017. The transaction
Status is also success. But still now i have not received that amount in my account.
Please help me my transaction id is igacoznqy7 please give me the solution.
I'm in need of money

    Hi, i am narendra,

    I did a transaction of rs 5000 on 10th december, on 11 th i received sms from citrus that my transaction got declined amount will be returned to my account within 8-10 working days. It's been more than 10 days. I have not even got the reversal. Please update on this as i need them urgently. I tried to contact customer care but im unable to contact the customer care. So please take this as complaint send the money asap.

        I make a payment of 10000 from sbi internet Banking to fund my kotak mahindra bank account via Kotak Mahindra Mobule app..The balance has been deducted from My sbi account no.           I have booked bus ticket in hindustan travels website through bhim app. Amount got debited from my account but i have not received my ticket.
          Transactionid 294797.. Please provide refund. Travel agent told that ticket not yet booked. Kindly follow up to this issue and rectify my issue as soon as possible.

            I made a deposit to Kotak Mahindra bank through citrus pay gateway using paytm payments bank debit card . After entering the OTP, the page loaded for long time and then a error message is shown conveying gate way time out error . I recieved a message from Paytm that amount is debited from my account. But my Kotak Mahindra bank A/C is not credited .,

              I did a transaction of rs 5000, the amount got deducted but have not been credited to another bank account. Its been more than 6 days. I have not even got the reversal. Please update on this as i need the urgently. I have spoken to the same bank account customer service from where i made the transaction they also don't have any update regarding the reversal.

              As informed earlier over the case ID 01846096, please note that refund for an amount 5000 INR has been processed on 15.12.2017 towards your Credit Card- 5459 64XX XXXX 7245. The ARN for the same is 75503727350016965620424.

              In case the amount is not reflecting, kindly get in touch with customer care department of your card issuing bank. The customer care number is mentioned on the back side of your card.

                I had very bad experience with citrus...
                Please revert my money asap.
                Citrus look like a fraod company...

                    Hello this is kevin mathew joseph from kerala. I transferred amount of rupees 10000 to my kotak 811 account using SBI net banking. The citrus payment solution page got timed out and 10000 rupees were deducted from my SBI account. And there isnt been any money deposited in my Kotak 811 account. I request you to please help me out and get the refund as soon as possible.

                          Hello this is atul rai from mumbai. I transferred amount of rupees 1000 to my kotak 811 account using my debit card and net banking axis bank twice. The citrus payment solution page got timed out and 1000 rupees were deducted from my axis account twice that is a total sum of 2000 rupees. I checked my kotak 811 account and there hasn't been any money transferred. I request you to please help me out and get the refund as soon as possible.

                            Hello,
                            This is akash mukherjee from kolkata. I was trying load my kotak 811 account using my union bank debit card ending with 3167 but the transaction got timed out despite rs. 1000 being debited from my bank account.
                            I have not been able to contact kotak mahendra neither citrus wallet and haven't yet received any confirmation from bank whether my amount will get reversed.
                            Please help me get a refund.

                            I Deepa joshi paid the fees of rs.5059. It was deducted twice from my account. The payment was made to D.El.Ed through my IDBI card . The first payment was made at 6:33pm and the second payment at 6:44 pm on 9/12/17 .
                            I hope you to look into this matter and do the necessary.

                                    I'm koilada sandeep,
                                    i recently opened my kotak 811 account and tried to deposit Rs.2000 in this a/c from my SBI Net banking but at the time of transaction conformation from your site, your site has been terminated. but money from my sbi a/c has been deducted (ref .no : [protected]IGACNUPGF4) and the kotak 811 a/c has not been credited.

                                    so, please solve my problem as early as possible.
