I was doing registration on dled. Nios.ac.in on dated 07/11/2017. After making successful payment of rs.4553.1 from sbi debit card it did not get upate and was showing 'payment not made'. Payment of rs.4553.1 details - sbi debit card 478xx9260 pos 80000580 at nios citrus txn#[protected]. Again same day as payment was due i made another payment through sbi credit card. And it came out successful. And i got my id card and all. These are all my details.

      With refence to nios admission; i am very sorry to inform you that during credit/debits card payment my transaction through master card dated.[protected] r. S 4553.10 failed ;while amount from the account debited, but the amount of failed transaction hasn't been returned in my account by now.

      Therefore i request you to return the amount of failed transaction. I will be thankful for you.
      Please find below the forwarded message from my bank.

      We are in receipt of your complaint number are on verification of transaction details, it is found that the transaction was processed at in an online environment. The transaction was processed with a secured password by the cardholder. As per visa card regulations, for transactions processed in an online environment, in case of a dispute, it has to be first taken up with the concerned merchant by the cardholder directly for resolution. As such, we request you to kindly take up the dispute with the merchant directly.
      If the merchant fails to resolve your dispute within a reasonable time, you would have to then lodge a fresh complaint through our branch. While lodging the complaint as a proof of efforts to resolve the dispute with the merchant, you must submit the documentary evidence for the correspondence exchanged with the merchant. We shall then take up the same with the concerned acquiring bank of the merchant with the documents provided by you for resolution.

      I have invested 1000 per month but after maturity period over my agent said Citrus is not return our money now and I dont know when he return or not. what I do now to whom I complaint now? for return my money.

                Respected sir,

                I have made payment of rs.4500.00 for admission deled prograame on 01/11/2017 vide transaction reference no. Igachgqzu4 against deled admission reference no. D[protected] of sayedur rahman, but the status was shown as 'payment not made' may be due to some technical error.

                Therefore, i made another payment on 02/11/2017 vide transaction ref. No. Igachmmsj4 for the same candidate. Thus admission confirmed.

                As such, i would like request your honour kindly to arrange for refund of the amount made on 01/11/2017 to the account no.[protected] of manoj kr medhi, from where amount was debited both the times.

                        Ixio has deposited rs.444 to my citrus wallet under reference number
                        13223787 through my mobile number [protected] for air ticket purchased.

                        I withdrew this amount from citrus wallet on[protected] and got confirmation message that the amount will be credited in two days into my bank account.

                        But the above amount is not yet credited into my bank account ending with 7475, though 9 days have already passed. Please look into this and have it credited in my bank account.

                        I tried to make payment from my citrus wallet with the registered mobil number [protected] and transfered 10K to my bank account - that ends with -8651 but its been 7 days nothing happened, i also send multiple emails from my registered email address but still no response.

                        I would need immediate response on this and want my money credited to my back account immediatly.

                          I have loaded my citrus wallet with 2000rs. I received confirmation from both citrus and and the bank. However when i checked to see the balance in wallet. Its not showing up. No response from customer care. I have the email from citrus stating that the money is credited to the wallet and balance amount is 2000. However checked the wallet using app its still not showing up. Tried transaction and it says wallet does not have money.

                            I have made a transaction today[protected] to withdraw money from my citrus wallet to my account. I see the transaction successful on my mobile app but my money is not credited in my account. Please help me as soon as possible. I need the money very urgent. When i add money to the wallet, the transaction happened and reflected in seconds but when it is the other way round, why does it take this much time. It's been a long time since my money did not get credited. Please credit the money in my account as soon as possible.

D[protected]; i am very sorry to inform you that during net banking payment my transaction through yes bank dated. 07/11/2017; 11:03:06; ref cheque no: 28173; net txn: citrus [protected]; 4535.40 failed ; while amount from the account debited, but the amount of failed transaction hasn't been returned in my account by now.
                                    Therefore i request you to return the amount of failed transaction.
                                    Citrus Payment Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I paid NIOS twice for same application due to payment not made from your payment gateway.
                                    Please resolve my complain and refund my payment that paid twice as soon as possible.

                                    To the nios but the payment was not accepted by the NIOS .
                                    Sir thus is my humble request to refund my money .so that i can do payment .
                                    I have double paid for enrollment of NIOS D.El.Ed course through citrus payment gateway using my idbi debit card on 4th Nov 17 @ 9 pm, Rs 4553 was deducted from my account, still the payment status is not updated, i would also like refund against double payment.

                                        Anuradha bhatta, mundamal dist cuttack, odisha pin - 754025 on 28th sept, 2017 was applying for nios ct for in-service, by registratipm with my mail id “[protected]@gmail.com” and phone no – [protected]. Paid amount of 4510/- also paid with bank reference no. Ch67907632 from account no. Is [protected]. But it got failure. Please returned my money. We compline at bank told it is ok from our side. You contact to your getway citrus or organization nios. So please help me. I am so poor.
                                        Please take a necessary action and solve our problem.
