    नम्र निवेदन है कि मेने परीक्षा फार्म BA 2nd year का भरा जिसके रोल्‍ा नम्‍बर 50742 है और transaction नम्‍बर है MLSU[protected] यह पेमेन्‍ट icici net banking द्वारा किया गया है जिसमें बैक खाता से पैसे कट गये पर फॉर्म की प्रिन्‍ट आउट नही हो रही है प्रिन्‍ट आउट लेने के लिए रोल लिखते है तो फाॅर्म वैसा का वैसा खुल जाता है और पेमेन्‍ट की मांग करता है परन्‍तु खाता से पैसे कट गये और फॉर्म जमा नही हुआ तथा आपसे निवेदन है कि फार्म को सत्‍यापित करके उस फॉर्म की प्रिन्‍ट आउट दिलवाये जिससे मे उक्‍त महाविृ्धायल में जमा करवा सकता हुॅं

      With refence to nios admission reference no. Vbvv/prcr/[protected]; i am very sorry to inform you that during net banking payment my transaction through uco bank bank dated. 30/09/2017, time 08:29:25 a. M vbvv/prcr/[protected] rs. 4553.10/- failed ;while amount from the account debited, but the amount of failed transaction hasn't been returned in my account by now.
      Therefore i request you to return the amount of failed transaction.

          I never expect this kind of poor response form you and this show how ethical and loyal you are to the customer.

          I have using many wallets like paytm, payzapp and mobikw for more than 2-3 years and I didn't face this kind of situation but in Citrus this is the first time I used and now I am feeling why I have used this.
          Sir i m from very poor famiuy. My amount is debited but not succeed and also not return till now.. Plz sir look into my matter. I[censored] not returned i cant take admission.. I will die if it not return.. We r very much poor.. And also from rural area.. Sir plz...

            I made a transfer from citrus wallet to my bank account.in my bank account details instead of my account, my debit card was being listed and transaction was made to it, and i don't know how it was successful.
            The amount is debited from wallet and yet not credited into the account.
            Kindly consider the case, i have mailed your customer care number of times but still there is no reply.

              Dear citrus,

              I have booked flight through ixigo on oct 07th 2017 with offer of 700rs cashback. Now the citrus has credited 700rs in my wallet. When i withdraw the amount to my personal bank account it show as the withdraw amount will be credited within two working days. But very next day i have also received that couldn't transfer the amount because of wrong account (Transaction id[protected]. Again i have also withdrawn the amount. Please credit the amount in my account num which i have mentioned at the time of withdrawal.

                        Dear sir,

                        As per the guidelines stipulated in the website (http://dled.nios.ac.in/) i made payment for teacher registration. I waited for 48 hours & again made payment. This time the payment was shown successful & the process completed. Now how a single transaction money can be deducted twice.
                        I contacted axis bank & they are saying that both the payment is settled & they have provided the reference no for settlement of the 1st payment made on 12 th september, 2017 which was not updated after payment & within 48 hours.

                        The biller/ merchant vide payment id: [protected] dated 12th september is received from axis bank.

                        I have also contacted nios over email but no reply is received till now.

                          We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

                          • PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
                          • Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
                          • First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
                          • Transaction date along with the amount.
                          • Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
                          • UPI / VPA if any used
