Hi i made a citrus account and added rs. 4042 in wallet for some payment as i wasnt able to do it through the wallet i request to transfer money to the bank. Following are the details-

My name is manjit kaur i am the citizen of punjab amritsar i have filled the form of bridge course yesterday 30/11/2017 while doing my online fees the request fails and i tried thrice and after my third attempt my fees has debited three times my axis bank credit card and my card number is [protected] and my account number [protected] and my mobile number is [protected] and the payment which is debited...

I have transferred rs.5000 from my wallet on 2/12/2017 to my savings account, it was mentioned that my account will be credited in next 2 days or 48 hours. But it is still not been done.

There is no response to the email not any customer care number gets connected to the person.

I have to make a payment which is overdue by now, who will bear the penalty for the same.

I think this is a serious issue...

I had loaded cash worth ₹15000 into my wallet through a credit card and did multiple transfers to my bank account and even got the approval mails and messages from you guys.
After transferring the amounts i started going through your faq’s just to gain more knowledge about how you guys work and found out that i couldn’t transfer more than ₹3000 to my bank in calendar year.
