        I have transferred rs.5000 from my wallet on 2/12/2017 to my savings account, it was mentioned that my account will be credited in next 2 days or 48 hours. But it is still not been done.

        There is no response to the email not any customer care number gets connected to the person.

        I have to make a payment which is overdue by now, who will bear the penalty for the same.

        I think this is a serious issue with the wallet, you cannot play with someone's hard earned money.
        I am humble requesting you to refund my money at the earliest.

          I have two citrus account into my mobile..

            Hi,

            I had loaded cash worth ₹15000 into my wallet through a credit card and did multiple transfers to my bank account and even got the approval mails and messages from you guys.
            After transferring the amounts i started going through your faq’s just to gain more knowledge about how you guys work and found out that i couldn’t transfer more than ₹3000 to my bank in calendar year.
            I’ve transferred ₹15000 into my bank in 4 parts of -₹2000, ₹4000, ₹4000 and ₹5000.
            I fail to understand that if the limit of transferring to the bank is just ₹3000 then why did the app let me transfer more.
            I initiated the tranfer on the 2nd of october which was saturday.
            I haven’t seen the transfers being credited maybe because it was done on a weekend and might take a day more or 2 but i want the amount to be transferred to my bank only. Consider this transfer to be like just a temporary one or the last one.
            I don’t wish for it to be rolling back to my credit card.

            Now its been more than 2 days and still the amounts have not been credited yet to my bank account.
            Its a big amount and i want the issue to be solved asap.

            Have even mailed you guys regarding this issue but have not heard anything back yet.

              There has been money transfere from wallet to bank two time but not recieve

              Also there is lot of confusion between android and ios app

              Attached screen shot of from 1 to 4 u can see of android icici bank account is linked and money was transfere on 28 decemeber from ios device where it asked to enter bank detail as the reason i entered icici bank detail and did a transaction but money is not recieve

              Whereas there where lot of transaction done which are not being shown android device

              Attached screnshot from 11 18 are ios deivces you can in attached screen on 25 there was money trasnfered from wallet to bank hdfc money is not recieved in bank yet

              You can see the attached screen shot 14 18 of respective bank

              Also there is no way to contact you people no contact number nothing how do we even reach you

              Just get my money back either put it in bank or put back in wallet

              This to much very bad service

                    Amount deducted from bank but failed bill payment with airtel.
                    Dear, i have made airtel online prepaid bill payment on 01 december 2017 amount got deducted from hdfc bank. Payment successfully. Money deducted from my hdfc bank. But from airtel side they said money not reached them. And the transaction has failed. I have not received any refund to my bank after that. After few second screen was blanked and my fee receipt was not generated but my payment was debited from my sister's account, due to an error i mistakenly paid twice.

But, second which was mistakenly done is in pending at ubi-citrus merchand bank. So, i want to know status of my money which is pending and when i will get back my money?

                              मेरा खाता संख्या [protected] है मेरा खाता एस बी आई बैंक में है. मैंने दिनांक - 27.11.2017 को एन आई ओ एस संस्था में D.El.Edbr(PDPET) कोर्स के लिए प्रवेश लेना था. इस कोर्स में प्रवेश हेतु 5000 /- पांच हजार रुपये मात्र शुल्क तय है. इसका भुगतान एटीएम के द्वारा ही किया जाना तय किया गया है. दिनांक - 27.11.2017 को मैंने 5000/- पांच हजार रूपये मात्र शुल्क का भुगतान करने के लिए मेरे एटीएम का उपयोग किया था. जिसमे ट्रांसफर शुल्क समेत 5059/- पांच हजार उन्सठ रूपये मात्र का भुगतान मेरे एटीएम के द्वारा किया गया. राशि कटोती का सन्देश मेरे मोबाइल पर प्राप्त हुआ. लेकीन जब मेने प्रवेश स्थति का पता लगाया तो उस पर मेने पाया की "भुगतान नहीं बना" का सन्देश प्राप्त हो रहा है. इस सन्देश के कारण मेने मेरे खाता की पुनः जाँच की तो पाया की मेरे खाते से पैसो की कटोती हो चुकी थी. मेने एकबार पुनः एन आई ओ एस पोर्टल पर प्रवेश की जानकारी का पता लगाया तो पाया की अभी भी "भुगतान नहीं बना" सन्देश दिखाई दे रहा है. शुल्क भुगतान नहीं होने के कारण अभी तक D.El.Edbr(PDPET) कोर्स में मेरा प्रवेश नहीं हो पाया है.
                              अतः श्री मान/श्री मति से अनुरोध है की मेरे खाते से कटोती की गयी राशि को मेरे खाते में पुनः जमा करावे जिससे में एन आई ओ एस को शुल्क का भुगतान कर कोर्स के लिए प्रवेश ले सकू.
