I was transfering money to my kotak 811 saving account through citrus pay. The amount was deducted from my bank (Pnb through internet banking service) but after payment citrus website didnt redirected me to kotak and there was no ticket received from citrus.
The amount was deducted but not received in kotak 811 account.
Please resolve this issue asap.

Myself arijit pakhira used my sbi credit card to pay nios exam fees worth ₹ 1878.60 dated 13/12/2017 @ 8:30am. But the transaction is still remaining unsettled with nios. But amount has been debited from my sbi credit card.

Please credit back the amount in my sbi credit card.

This is to bring to your kind attention that, i have done payment to justickets, through citrus payment gate way vide ref no:[protected]-8-12-17. The said payment rs:535.01 was deducted from my hdfc bank accnt and we havn't received tickets from justickets. When we enquired with justickets, payment was struck up with citrus and can be reversed after some time.
Please verify the issue and arrange the payment rs:535.01...

I did a transaction of rs 5000, the amount got deducted but have not been credited to another bank account. Its been more than 48 hours. I have not even got the reversal. Please update on this as i need the urgently. I have spoken to the same bank account customer service from where i made the transaction they also don't have any update regarding the reversal.

I used a rupay debit card to do this transaction of Rs 4500.Is this how the company ‘citrus payment solutions’ make profits? I’m highly disappointed. I had completed my payment of rs.5000 for savings account in kotak mahindra bank through debit card payment powered by citrus payment at online on 12.12.2017. The amount debited by did not credit. Kindly refund my registration amount ₹ 4553.10 which is deducted from my account but application registration not successful.

I tried to transfer money from federal bank to my kotak mahindra bank's app using debit card of federal bank, but transaction from federal bank was clear and even rs.1000 got debited but i dint receive any notification from kotak bank, nor its showing and transaction details, theres no sign that i made a transcation. But i have details that money got deducted from federal bank account

I did transection for nios website via sbi netbanking transaxtion id igaclnvgc6 on 29/11/2017 and 5000 rupees was dedecuted however it was still showing in nios registration page that payment was pending. I waited for more then 24 hours but still it was showing as payment is pending though money was deducted. I submitted a complaint to sbi helpline regarding this matter and on 8/12/2017, received reply that transection was sucessful on 29/11/2017...

I have made two transfers from my citrus wallet to my bank account which got deducted from the wallet and showed a message that it will take 2 working days to transfer but it's been more than that and the money is not credited to my bank ac.
