I was transfering money to my kotak 811 saving account through citrus pay. The amount was deducted from my bank (Pnb through internet banking service) but after payment citrus website didnt redirected me to kotak and there was no ticket received from citrus.
The amount was deducted but not received in kotak 811 account.
Please resolve this issue asap.

      This is to bring to your kind attention that, i have done payment to justickets, through citrus payment gate way vide ref no:[protected]-8-12-17. The said payment rs:535.01 was deducted from my hdfc bank accnt and we havn't received tickets from justickets. When we enquired with justickets, payment was struck up with citrus and can be reversed after some time.

          Hi,

          I did a transaction of rs 5000, the amount got deducted but have not been credited to another bank account. Its been more than 48 hours. I have not even got the reversal. Please update on this as i need the urgently. I have spoken to the same bank account customer service from where i made the transaction they also don't have any update regarding the reversal.

But at my nios home page it is still showing me that payment not made.

                    Link client shine delhi. It showed money transfered but they are saying money is not transfered to our account. Money is dedected to my account.

                              I did transection for nios website via sbi netbanking transaxtion id igaclnvgc6 on 29/11/2017 and 5000 rupees was dedecuted however it was still showing in nios registration page that payment was pending. I waited for more then 24 hours but still it was showing as payment is pending though money was deducted. I submitted a complaint to sbi helpline regarding this matter and on 8/12/2017, received reply that transection was sucessful on 29/11/2017 and kindly contact the merchant for further enquiry. So kindly look in to matter and help me resolving the issue.

                                  I have made two transfers from my citrus wallet to my bank account which got deducted from the wallet and showed a message that it will take 2 working days to transfer but it's been more than that and the money is not credited to my bank ac. I have made a complaint previously for which i should have received a call from the cus care officer which is also not done.
                                  This is not done guys.
                                  I work with a bank i know how to take it up to the ombudsman officer of rbi.

                                      On 2nd december 2017 at 9:25 pm i was trying to book an flight from delhi to silchar through ixigo app using cheapticket portal for an amount of rs.6480. I used email id - [protected]@gmail.com and phone number - [protected].in the payment mode i selected upi and paid using my upi id "[protected]@upi". The money got deducted using merchant upi id "[protected]@axisbank" but my transaction was not successful and i was redirected to payment page. After that i cancelled the transaction to book from different payment method. But my money got deducted from my bank and i have also attached the image of my bank statement shownig my money got deducted. I neither got any comfirmation message or mail nor any cancellation message or mail for the same. I just have my bank statement as a prooff that my money got deducted.
