I was submitted quotation amount on sep 02, 2017 11:17:06 pm to west bengal state electricity distribution company limited for new connection, amount of 638.88 through your site. Merchant order number: p20170902231352604103552297 and citrus reference number: ctx[protected]. This amount deducted from my bank account but payment was not completed. I was contact with electricity office they told me that you pay through online we can`t help you.

    I have paid rs.4510.00 of dl. Ed nois application fee for 3rd party merchant txn id[protected], citrus txn id[protected] through federal bank net banking on 16.09.2017 on 04.28 pm. The payment has made success and amount rs.4510 is debited from my account. But submission of application form of dl. Ed nois the payment and transaction id was not showing. I am making another paymetn after few days.

    I have paid rs.4510.00 of dl. Ed nois application fee for 3rd party merchant txn id[protected], citrus txn id[protected] through federal bank net banking on 30.09.2017 on 04.58 pm. The payment has made success and amount rs.4510 is debited from my account. But submission of application form of dl. Ed nois the payment and transaction id was not showing. So, kindly please refund the rs.9020.00 in my account as soon as possible.

        I made online recharge through you on 28th september 2017, amounting of rs.19.00. But no recharge has been made by airtel authority nor the money has been refunded back to my account and after enquiring from airtel, it is understood that you have not sent the money to them.
        Transactions description : inb/[protected] dated 28th september, 2017.
        So immediately please arrange to refund the amount to the bank where from it was credited to you.

        I Withdraw money from citrus wallet on 17th October but it's not yet credited in my bank account. I received a message that money will credit in 2 days, now its more than 4 days, I m not able to contact the customer care, how much more time it will take.

        As stated in previous email, the withdrawal of Rs. 10, 010 has exceeded the monthly limit of Rs.3, 000. Hence, this amount has been refunded to the source account dated 2017-10-18.

        It takes 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect your account. We request you to check your source account (Debit Card ending with 8200) to confirm the refund after 10 working days.

          1) payment of rs. 449.00 was made in wee hrs (6.18 am). On 13.10.2017 made to airtel post paid mobile connection from ibs of pnb pention account.
          2) the amount was realised from pnb and the same is reflecting with a transaction remarks as "citrus pa/[protected]/[protected] dtd. 13.10.2017" in bank's statement.
          3) as per m/s. Airtel till now the amount is not yet transferd to airtel from m/s. Citrus.
          In view of the above iplease look in to it to sortout the issue

              I had make sun direct dth online recharge of rs. 2600. On 23/10/2017 through citrus pay by using my debit card but the amount was not credited to sun direct and the dth service was not activated but the amount was deducted from my account and bank sent me the message of deduction for rs. 2600.                       Dear sir,
                      I was filling up form of d. El. Ed teacher training form at dled. Nios.ac.in and had made a payment of rs 4511.80 by using my sbi net banking and through citrus payment gate way while making payment. It said that"your transaction not be accepted due to following reasons" "transaction succesful".

                      The payment at sbi was successful but at nios failed.

                      So i request you to please refund it to my account

                        I was cheated yesterday as there were 4 transactions happened to my bank account which are fraud txns of amount 19500, 19900, 19800, 11200 at time 3:05 am, 3:26 am, 3:58 am and 4:33 am respectively. The money was transferred via citrus pay medium.

                        I have got my debit card blocked and filed a complaint at icici bank.

                        I request citrus pay to investigate this matter and refund her money.

                          There were 2 transactions of rupees 100 and other one is of rupees 4900. It had mentioned that it will take 2 days but it did not credited to account even till now.

                                Am sumit singh. I made online payment for nios admission for this site http://dled.nios.ac.in. rs.1525 has been deducted from my visa debit card of idbi bank on 17 october 2017.
                                But there is no response update or confirmation from citruspay. Still it asks for payment.
                                I communicate with my bank, they told the amount is transferred.
                                And i also communicate with the education institute but they didn't receive amount.
                                I am unaware where the amount gone.
                                Can you please clarify about the deducted amount?

                                  One customer paid me rs. 6680 through the link that i sent, then i got the sms that i received the amount, it also said that click this link to get it directly in the bank account.
                                  This has never happened before, i had received previous all payments directly in my bank account. But this time, neither it is showing in the wallet balance, nor bank account. When i click the link to get it in the account, the link opens the application bank details page that already has bank details filled in.
                                  I do not know what to do. I tried the number of the person who called me from citrus, but his phone is not reachable.
