On the last date of nios registration, i made two times payment, but failed. But i got received two amount deduction message from ubi bank of 4553.00 and 4553.00. But within one and 4 hours respectively, the failed transactions were refunded.
Then again payment made by me two times at 7:27 pm on 30/09/2016 but first was failure and second was successfull, but first one was not refunded yet. Name _ parashmoni bordoloi,
