I payment wbsedcl electric bill from my sbi debit card but amount deducted from my bank account and bill payment not success, details are consumer id[protected], date - 04/09/2017, time - 19:07:31, rs. 521.28/- deducted from my sbi bank a/c, for wbsedcl payment. But electric bill payment not success and this amount deducted from my sbi bank.

    I have done the payment for my hpcl gas booking with details as below

    Meanwhile gas agency cancelled my booking and raised another
    Cash memo # 1053826 for rs: 650.00

    Gas agency still not received the payment of rs:598.00

    In case if i need to pay for my gas booking again. Please return back the money i have paid as detailed above.

            Through this paytm id you can get the all details.

            I have had a word with one of your collegue in you customer care, i was told that the whole amount would be refunded with in 2 day but here more then 7 days have gone. No amount refund was initiated from yourside. Here you have cheated on me.

            But the thing is i am being charged from the bank side of rs. 285 and even more.
            I dont know why you have stopped my refund.
            This kind of service you give to your customer.

            Need a solution for this issue.

                    I am vengadesh. I made online payment for nios admission for this site http://dled.nios.ac.in. rs.4553 has been deducted from my visa debit card of karur vysya bank on 04 october 2017.
                    But there is no response update or confirmation from citruspay. Still it asks for payment.
                    I communicate with my bank, they told the amount is transferred.
                    And i also communicate with the education institute but they didn't receive amount.
                    I am unaware where the amount gone.
                    Can you please clarify about the deducted amount?
                    Please help me for this issue. Looking forward to hear from you.

                    I would like to chat with citruspay but there is no phone number.
                    Please look the matter seriously, other wise i have to pay the fees again which is very difficult for me to arrange another 4553.00 rupees.

                      Sir i am depositing money in my kotak mahindra banks account and i use my net banking of state bank of india for making this transaction. My transaction is about to complete but it was failed but my balance has been deducted from my account but not credited in another account.                               On the last date of nios registration, i made two times payment, but failed. But i got received two amount deduction message from ubi bank of 4553.00 and 4553.00. But within one and 4 hours respectively, the failed transactions were refunded.
                              Then again payment made by me two times at 7:27 pm on 30/09/2016 but first was failure and second was successfull, but first one was not refunded yet. Name _ parashmoni bordoloi,

                                    Sir/madam,
                                    I paid nios twice for same application due to transaction fail from your payment gateway.
                                    These are following details
                                    Name of the applicant = binay pramanick
                                    Application reference no = d[protected]
                                    I used an sbi debit card and the amount of rs 4553.1 got debited in this process. A message arrived immediately as the following-
                                    "thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xxxxxx for a purchase worth rs. 4553.1 on pos [protected] at citruspay nios txn# 734920."
                                    But the corresponding nios website showed payment not received. Hence i had to pay again.
                                    Would you please look into the matter and provide me with the transaction status and the details of it so that i may ask the concerned authority to refund my money?

                                      I was filling up form of d. El. Ed teacher training form at dled. Nios.ac.in and had made a payment of rs 4553.10 by using idbi debit card and through citrus payment gate way while making payment. It said that" first time transaction is failed and say retry and amount is deducted.
                                      Second time when make payment then it is done but amount deducted two times.
