Rear sir/madam
I made a payment through sbi debit card, of 4500/- to nios for d. El. Ed course on 11.09.2017. Rs 4553.10/- deducted from my sbi bank a/c but it was not credited to nios account.
Payment detail of 11.09.17 is – rs 4553.10 on pos 80000580 at nios citrus txn #[protected]

So please look at the matter as soon as possible and refund back my payment.

Dear sir/madam
I have registered a complaint on 17 Sep about making payment through sbi debit card, of Rs 4553.10/- to nios for d. El. Ed course on 11.09.2017. amount deducted from my sbi bank a/c but it was not credited to nios account. Payment detail of 11.09.17 is – Rs 4553.10 on pos 80000580 at nios citrus txn #[protected].
So I have asked for reversal of the amount, but even after more than 45 days I haven't got any positive response from you.
So resolve the matter as early as possible and revert back the amount to my account before I find any legal option to get my money back.

    Dear sirs/madam,
    I had made payment for nios - d. El. Ed teacher course using internet banking (Sbi). ₹4511 were deducted from my bank account but still my payment status shows "payment not made".
    Moreover after payment i was redirected to the page of nios stating very unusual thing - "your transaction could not be accepted due to following reason-transaction successful".
    But still my payment status shows payment not made.

And during verification by school principal it came to my notice that the school udise code is different. because I was wrongly mention school name & state in the form ( SCS GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL, NAGPUR, MS.) there from my 12 th passed That time i havent school udise no.there i am employee ( school name is KAILASHPATH SINGHANIA HIGH SCHOOL sausar -Raymond colony-chhindwara-m.p.)                           I made payment on dled. Nois.ac.in for registration of elementary teaching course.
                          Course reference no: d[protected]

                          I have used online payment option (Netbanking) and paid rs.4535.40 amount and it was debited from account and while transition to nios application, site popped up the server error. Finally payment was not successful, but amount was debited from my account.

                          Error code: server error in ‘d[protected]’
                          Invalid column name ‘d[protected]’
                          Description : an unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

                          When we called nios support team they said payment was not successful for this reference number ‘d[protected]’ and create another application with fresh reference number and try. Also your money will be reverted within 48 hrs.
                          But it was 1 week, i have not received any amount from citrus or nios.
                          Please help me to get this amount back or guide me to right department with necessary communication details to proceed further.

                            I made payment on dled. Nois.ac.in for registration of diploma in elementary teaching cource.
                            There is payment option through online so used my yes bank netbanking account to make payment.
                            Rs.4535.40 were debited from my account but application status is showing payment not made.
                            My citrus txtn no. Is (Net txn: citrus [protected])
                            Ref. Cheque no is : 89934
                            In my appliaction form they were saying to made same payment again but what about my allready deducated balance. Sir can u please try solve my problem. I need refund this payment so that i can make payment again my application last date is gonna over so please sir

D[protected] still I am in confusion that my payment was successful or not. If you u fefund my money than I want to make payment again. I[censored] have ur customer care number.
