Dear sir,
I made a payment through sbi net banking of 4500/- to nios for d. El. Ed course on 13.09.2017. Rs 4510/- deducted from my sbi bank a/c but it was not credited to nios account. However i tried again to make payment and second time it got successfully payment completed.
So my query is that when will i get refund for failure payment which is deducted from my account.

Sir i have made a payment using internet banking in citruspay of rupees 4511.80 for registration on nios in-service untrained training successfully. Today i got sms and told me that payment was not made and ask me to make the payment immediately. Please inform me the problem behind this.

I have done the payment of rs. 1083 twice on 31st august 2017 from citrus payment gatway to indian accounting association and my hdfc bank account no [protected] debited twice but transaction was unsuccessful. The details are as below of those txn:

While filling form of online admission of nios registration an amount of rs. 4510 deducted from my account 11/09/2017 but nios status is still showing payment not made

But amount got deducted why this is happening? In other gateways it never happens if happen refunded within minutes or one hours.

In citrus always payment captured and never refunded why? If payment captured why receipt is not generated....

I have maid payments through debit card.in this way the amount of rs 4545 has been deducted from my account but the payment to nios d. El. Ed has not been made.. So you are requested to pay the same to nios d. El. Ed or return the money to my account. Ref no is d[protected], paid on 13.09.2017. I have not got any sms/e mail/any ref number from the source of the payment. As the date of the payment is nearing on pls return the amount to my account....

With reference to the subject cited above i would like to inform you that on 15th of september 2017, i had made a online payment through net banking as my account numbe is [protected], reference number is a[protected] to nios of online admission of stream 1. The payment was failed but the amount of rs 1836 was deducted from my account and the bank reference id is [protected]igacaimwp4. So kindly refund the amount back as soon as possible....

I have make payment through online payment gateway (Citrus). My payment succeeded but its not redirected to my videocon page i received session expired error and also topup amount not reflected in my account but amount deducted in my bank account. I used sbi online transfer.

D[protected] but by mistake i was select chirang district but my school salakati english medium school, salakati actually in kokrajhar dist thats why that dice code is different i need to payment for that dice code thats why need refund to payment again for admission in d el ed course. Deled course on 17/08/2017 i fill all manadetory field when i go to make payment option then 6070 shown for this
Registration then i make payment through sbi visa debit card, amount deducted from my account but payment uncompleted shown on screen then on next day (18/08/2017) payment fee changed or 4500...

Hi, i tried to do online movie booking for movie "central Lucknow"yesterday I.e on 15th of September at PVR Tivoli.. Connaught place, delhi..for 3.45 pm show.. from www.citruspay.com.the money amount rs 718 was deducted but no booking was done.kindly attend to this matter asap.n the customer care number given is useless as it tells the customers to mail the complaints!!...

I have made payment to nios by using net banking of my own account of icici on 12/09/2017 via tranx ref :bil/[protected]/nios pmnt/[protected].
But, the amount deducted from my a/c and did not reach tp nios, as the status at nios. D. Led.ac.in site still shows as "payment not done".
