Dear sir,
I made a payment through sbi net banking of 4500/- to nios for d. El. Ed course on 13.09.2017. Rs 4510/- deducted from my sbi bank a/c but it was not credited to nios account. However i tried again to make payment and second time it got successfully payment completed.
So my query is that when will i get refund for failure payment which is deducted from my account.

        Dear sir
        While filling form of online admission of nios registration an amount of rs. 4510 deducted from my account 11/09/2017 but nios status is still showing payment not made

        But amount got deducted why this is happening? In other gateways it never happens if happen refunded within minutes or one hours.

        In citrus always payment captured and never refunded why? If payment captured why receipt is not generated. If there was server error than after some time payment should be refunded to customer... Sir please help me...

          I have maid payments through debit card.in this way the amount of rs 4545 has been deducted from my account but the payment to nios d. El. Ed has not been made.. So you are requested to pay the same to nios d. El. Ed or return the money to my account. Ref no is d[protected], paid on 13.09.2017. I have not got any sms/e mail/any ref number from the source of the payment. As the date of the payment is nearing on pls return the amount to my account.

                        Sir i beg to say state that, i am ankan kumar singh son of bibhakar prasad singh. I try to make registration on nios for
                        Deled course on 17/08/2017 i fill all manadetory field when i go to make payment option then 6070 shown for this
                        Registration then i make payment through sbi visa debit card, amount deducted from my account but payment uncompleted shown on screen then on next day (18/08/2017) payment fee changed or 4500 demanded shown on the screen after it i made payment second time total 4553.10 rs through sbi visa debit card or then my registration shown shown completed on the screen after 4 hours.

                            If transaction complete then please give reciept on nios portal and if not then refund this 13530 on my debited account.

                            I payed my Airtel Dongle bill using internet banking option ( Through citrus payment gateway)..

                            The amount has been deducted in my axis bank account but there is no status page and the in airtel login the bill is not paid..

                                        I have made payment to nios by using net banking of my own account of icici on 12/09/2017 via tranx ref :bil/[protected]/nios pmnt/[protected].
                                        But, the amount deducted from my a/c and did not reach tp nios, as the status at nios. D. Led.ac.in site still shows as "payment not done".

                                        Please check and advise at the earliest on the mentioned email id or contact number. Will highly appreciate your quick action on the said matter.
