      Dear sirs/madam,
      I had made payment for nios - d. El. Ed teacher course using internet banking (Sbi). ₹4511 were deducted from my bank account but still my payment status shows "payment not made".
      Moreover after payment i was redirected to the page of nios stating very unusual thing - "your transaction could not be accepted due to following reason-transaction successful".
      But still my payment status shows payment not made.

      Pls. Solve the problem by either reverse back the amount or made the payment status 'successful'.

        On aug 24, 2017
        I had made payment for nios - d. El. Ed course for 2 time.
        ₹9000 were deducted from my bank account but still my payment status shows "payment not made".
        Moreover after payment i was redirected to the page of nios stating very unusual thing - "your transaction could not be accepted due to following reason-transaction successful".
        But still my payment status shows payment not made.
        Attached the screenshots of my account statement and the nios page after payment.

              I have paid an amount of rs 2297/= towards payment to hathway broadband internet service on 21/08/2017 on pos hathway 1116569 at citruspay hathway txn #[protected] through my sbi debit card. I have received a message from bank that the amount has been deducted from the account, however after confirming from hathway it was informed that they have not received any amount. Let me clarify if this amount is lying with citruspay and if so the same may be redirected to my account immediately.in case amount is not in your gateway i may kindly be informed accordingly on mobile number.               My balance is deducted but registration isn't complete. So refund the balance as quickly as possible. I was using SBI atm and after entering OTP page was not redirected to the client. I was filling the form for bihar constable. kindly look into this matter.

                    I paid an electric bill of rs. 1225.21 on 07/08/2017 through online payment option vide transaction id: ctx[protected], i got no receipt from wbsedcl and i also saw in the portal that the transaction is still pending. The said amount debited from my account but the bill amount still not reverse to my account.

                                    i Have made a payment dated 22.08.2017 of 520 through SBI debit card. Transaction was processed and amount was deducted. Transaction was for Bhar police recruitment 2017.

                                    when i process after payment, it still shows payment option. i have not got my password required for form completion.

                                    Kindly refund the same amount at urgent basis.

                                      I made the payment of bihar police form fees on 18 august 2017 of amount rs.520.80 through citruspay. After few second screen showed that payment unsuccessful due to an error but money got debited from my bank account.
                                      Then contacted to bihar police office (Csbc) to sent me my registration number. They said that"your payment show failure" after that i contacted my bank on verification they found that amount is settled to merchant bank (Citruspay). So please credit back my money on bank account.
