For d. El. Ed. Under nios teacher training had made a payment of rs.4510/- through sbi inb for enrolment. The amount had been debited from the account but still in the teacher login page it shows 'payment not made'.
I am giving the detail below. Kindly solve the matter quickly because as per govt. Order it is mandatory to get admitted for every untrained teachers before 15.09.17 in d. El. Ed. Course under nios.

For d. El. Ed. Under nios teacher training i had made a payment thrice (3 times) of rs.4553.10 through sbi debit card for enrolment as my enrolment page show ‘payment not made’ even after making a payment. The amount of all three payments had been debited from the account. After retrying payments, i got my payment status successful ‘payment made’. That, i would like to request for refund of any two (2) transactions/payment.

Today i made recharge from my airtel app and amount debited from my bank account by CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION but not yet activated my pack. Pls resolve this or return my money
