    Sir, i have paid an amount of 13600 for msdfsm but i was unaware of paying another rs1300 for cfn course, i went to the regional centre 1 (Mathura road) several times and they have opened up my dashboard so that i can pay the remaining amount, but to my notice when i click the remove payment discrepancy and select cfn it shows blank no option nothing shows up, i was asked to mail to [protected]@ignou.ac.in but i get no response. Please help me solve this problem.

    Sir my previous problem of cfn problem was solved and i have paid the required amount too but after payment i didn't get any confirmation of the payment. If my payment is successful i should have got some confirmation but there is no any confirmation and control no. Given to me despite the money has been deducted from my account

                        Please note that some body at your office reported to be rahul kumar sharma has fraudulently debited my credit card with rs.4999/-. He called from [protected] & saught certain details from for reversing my payment stuck up in the gateway of citrus solution. But instead of crediting the amount he misused the information & got my credit card debited by rs.4999/-please look into it & get the amount reversed. I am also reporting the fraud to police.

                          Respected sir/madam,
                          I made an online booking of jet airways at around 11.30 am on 30.8.17 for myself (Daljeet kumar dhir) & my wife mrs. Nirupma dhir from delhi to toronto 21.9.17 & return on 17.10.17.
                          Payment of rs.134060/- was made online through internet banking & my account was instantly debited with the above amount towards the cost of tickets. A narration appeared at the end sorry, try again. The matter was taken up on phone with jet airways & they issued us pnr no. Cuupov but advised us to make another payment as earlier payment was stuck up in the payment due to technical reason. As the earlier payment has not been received back in my a/c as yet, how could i make another payment
                          Kindly help us get back the stuck payment so that we could make another payment.

                                While renewing the icici lombard policy for my two wheeler on line, first, on submission of payment through icici bank, using citrus payment solutions, it said that the payment has failed. Based on this i made payment again. But now i have been debited twice for a single policy. I have submitted a on line complaint to citrus payment more than 20 days back and have escalated also. But there is no reply. My ticket no with citrus is 01226676. Kindly take up with them
