Money is deduct by my account but not received by nios it's call again payment.

    When i was proceed for payment rs 520.80 debitted from my account and transaction has failed seen on screen and say try after sometime.
    I was using sbi net banking.

    I made the payment of bihar police form fees on 18 august 2017 of amount rs.520.80 through citruspay. After few second screen showed that payment unsuccessful due to an error but money got debited from my bank account.
    Then contacted to bihar police office (Csbc) to sent me my registration number. They said that"your payment show failure" after that i contacted my bank on verification they found that amount is settled to merchant bank (Citruspay). So please credit back my money on bank account.

    I want to know a transaction id done with a mobile number [protected] on a site https://exam1.apply-gov.in/ for the buy of a application form online a money amount rupees 520.80 was debited from my account but it doesn't reached and i have been not registered for this site,
    hence i need the transaction id for the complaint on that site
    The cashback of 1500 was withdrawn from my citrus wallet account prior to 10 days to be transacted in my bank account, but still the transaction has not been completed as no money has been credited to my account.

          Hi,
          My self rakesh kumar singh i have fill the registration form of bihar constable, and pay the registration charge 3 times of my yes bank account the amout has been deducted to my yes bank saving account through your payment gateway,
          But the result is registration is jot completed i have compalin the csbc bihar they said the payment was not recieved.

          So i requested to you please clearfy the issue or if payment is not tranfer to csbc then please refund the amount in my saving bank account.

                          I had made payment for nios - d. El. Ed teacher course using internet banking (Sbi). ₹4511.80 were deducted from my bank account but still my payment status shows "payment not made".
                          Moreover after payment i was redirected to the page of nios stating very unusual thing - "your transaction could not be accepted due to following reason-transaction successful".

                                        Today 25th of august 2017 i did two transactions for nios (National institute of open schooling) for senior secondary & d. El. Ed admission respectively. I did both the transaction through sbi net banking facility and "citrus payment gateway'. The first one was successful but the second one was paid and deduction from my sbi savings bank a/c has shown but yet not payment has been neither cleared or received by nios and its authority. It's quite ironical and suspective as to first one has been successful while the later was not..
