On 26 august i was registering on csbc site for apply for bihar police
When i was proceed for payment rs 520.80 debitted from my account and transaction has failed seen on screen and say try after sometime.
I was using sbi net banking.
Till now my payment was not refunded but i gat a transaction id on my account.

But the result is registration is jot completed i have compalin the csbc bihar they said the payment was not recieved.

I had made payment for nios - d. El. Ed teacher course using internet banking (Sbi). ₹4511.80 were deducted from my bank account but still my payment status shows "payment not made".
Moreover after payment i was redirected to the page of nios stating very unusual thing - "your transaction could not be accepted due to following reason-transaction successful".

I filled a bihar police form on 23 august 2017 and pay fees using your citrus payment gateway. After payment my bank account debit rs. 520 and payment not successful.
I also complaint in my bank but they said it is a matter of citrus payment gateway so i contact you. Kindly check the matter and credit my amount. I also send payment details which shows on my bank mini statement.
