I apply d. Eled form and pay payment by axis net banking but in last error show decline payment than i made sbi net banking payment than payment is success but my axis a/c balance is debited rs.4510 and also sbi net banking balnce is debited rs.4510 for same name and ref no. (Ajay singh ref. No. D[protected].
Please sir i request that verify and refund my (Decline error) payment in same axis bank.

    I had paid an amount of rs. 4500/- towards nios d. El. Ed. Admission through hdfc credit card 23/09/2017. The amount was deducted from my account but then browser displayed an error page. After checking nios portal, it was seen "payment not made" at payment status. As per credit card history the reference no of the transaction is: nios1136045

    I waited till date to get the money back to my account, but unfortunately it is not being credited yet.

    Please do the needful at your earliest convenience...

      I had ordered 3 jeans and 3 shirts @ 1199 + 100 shipping charge, total rs. 1299 debited from my axis bank account 02/09/217.
      Order number: s[protected]. Whaky informed me by my mail address my ordered dispatch date 7 to 10 working days. But today 22/09/2017 already 20 days over, but till now i not received my ordered from whaaky. Therefore i request to you, take necessary acction and refund my money

      Hi friends i want to share my worst experience that i had with "Avid Research" stock brokerage company as a result of their suggestions and advises i incurred loss 50, 000/-in one week. the responsible person behind my losses is Ravi sharma mob no:[protected] & [protected] from Avid
      Research. initially i was not enthusiastic to follow his advices but slowly convinced and assured me earn profit 80, 000/- if i hired their paid service i.e. 10, 000/- per three months.but in incurred loss 50, 000/- in a week later he, Ravi stopped to attend my phone calls now i dont have an option left other than to register a complaint against rajarshi Pramanik [protected]

          The payment was made on 22/09/2017 and I waited till 27/09/2017 to get the money refund or paid. After finding that NIOS status is not getting updated not my a/c refunded till 27/09/2017 (at NIOS portal they suggested to wait till 48 hours before making 2nd time payment); I went for a second payment on 27/09/2017 which was a successful one. But, the first payment (failed transaction) which I made on 22/09/2017 is not yet refunded to my account.

          I just want a confirmation how much time does (should?) it take to get such refund. If it was a successful payment then why was the status in NIOS Portal not updated even after 6 days? I am totally confused at this point. The irony of this "DIGITAL" thing is that - I don't know where is my money!! Surprisingly, NIOS did not get the payment because their portal status is "Payment Not Made"!! And as per you (i.e. Citrus), you got the money from me and paid duly to NIOS (Successful payment). I didn't think that my hard earned money was such a ghost to disappear like this!! The whole plot of this story is VERY SCARY, VERY DISAPPOINTING, VERY INCONVENIENT!!

          Eagerly waiting to get a proper reply/confirmation/whereabouts of my money from your end.

                Dear sir
                My wife has taken admission on d. El. Ed on the date 9-09-17 thorow sbi debit card rs.4553.1/pos 80000580 at nios citrus txn#[protected]. But the transaction is fail. Then i am retry for admission from another account by net banking. When i search for admission receipt then the payment mode shows net banking. Now the problem is that the admission fees debited from two different account. Kindly please look after the matter and refund the amount to my account.

                          Dear sir,
                          I kamrun nehar ref. No. D[protected] enrolment no.[protected] had registered in the d. El. Ed programme of the nios for the untrainted teacher of the private unaided school.
                          Sir when my form was successfully submitted and the option of make payment was displayed i made a payment on 11.09.17. But after waiting for about 10 min when it again showed payment not made i again made a second payment for the same course again on 1.10.17 and this time it showed payment completed.
                          Sir it is my humble request to you to please refund amount of my one payment of the double payment as it is my hard earned money.
                          Sir your policy document shows payement once received will not be refunded but two payment made for a single course by the single person is not at all justified.
                          Sir please refund my excess money for which i will be grateful to you forever. Hope you will initiate immediate steps for my due request.

                              But my bank account has been debited with the said amount.

                                पं. सुन्दर लाल शर्मा (मुक्त) विश्वविद्यालय बिलासपुर (छत्तीसगढ़) के कोर्स M.A. Hindi final के लिए आन लाईन पोर्टल पर जो MP Online के संबद्ध है व आपके पैमेन्ट गेटवे के माध्यम से पेमेंट मेरे द्वारा एक्सिस बैंक नेटबैंकिंग के माध्यम से दिनांक 22.09.2017 को 4.41 PM को किया गया है और बैंक से राशि 7670.80 जमा भी हो गयाहै परंतु विश्वविद्यालय के पोर्टल पर अभी भी फीस नहीं जमा होने का सूचना आ रहा है । बैंक के कस्टमर केयर से इस समस्या पर बात करने पर पता चला है कि उनके द्वारा citrus payment solution को फंड ट्रांसफर रिफरेन्स आईडी _ INB/[protected]/Citrus payment solution से किया जा चुका है।
