Dear sir,

Few minutes back I received a call from three numbers, [protected], [protected], [protected] claiming that they are representatives of citrus payment solutions. They have used abusive words during the conversation and also asked me share my bank details which is a punishable offence. I would like you to please take strict actions against those frauds.

    Dear Sir,

    I, Ria Choudhury, recharged my DMRC Smart card of amount Rs 500 yesterday at 2:55 pm bearing TXN Id : CTX[protected]. Though the payment was successful but as i tried for top up in AVM machine, it was not working. The DMRC professional guided me to contact the citrus wallet as they did not recieve any amount. Either fix my problem or return the amount please.

        I have applied for D.El.Ed - Training for the un-trained in-service teacher under For Teacher Registration. My application Reference No. is D[protected]

          I was making a payment for du pg admission form through vijaya bank. The payment was completed by the bank but when i got redirected to the citrus payment gateway, it said that the payment had failed. However, my account got debited with ₹500. The transaction id given by the bank is 15885328 and the reference id is 18226889.
          Please rectify quickly because tomorrow is the last day to submit the form.

            When i call to customer care of hathway, hyderabad, they said with in 15 days money will refund to credit card, till now i didn't get any refund amount, when i call to kotak bank they said amount is climed by citrus hathway marchent, and please raise a duspuit,

            Please try to solve this issue and send my money back

                        I, asha ramraj-sookdeo have been trying to make payments to nithyanandeshwar devastham trust using my scotiabank visa platinum card, from trinidad and tobago and citrus is not accepting the payment. I have called scotiabank and there is no attempt to deduct any funds from the card, and no payments has been declined. You all do not even have trinidad and tobago as an option for me to select underneath.

                                      I booked only one ticket on 28.02.17 of rs 1924.
                                      First transaction was failed due to connection still rs 1924 was deducted from my account, so i subsequently again booked the ticked.

                                      Now you guys please stop harassing me and decide who has to refund my rs 1924.

                                      Two facts to be considered —
                                      1. Rs 1924 was deducted twice from my account.
                                      2. But only one ticket was booked.

                                      Here all three concerned party correspondence is available.

                                        I have paid Rs. 438.00 of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited electricity bill (consumer id[protected] through Bank of India Debit Card on 12.04.2016 on 07.04 PM. The payment has made success and Amount Rs.441.76 is debited from my account. But submission of Payment receipt not generate. And now WBSEDCL is not taking my bill, and they told to get a receipt of that payment, now I login to citrus pay account, and it shows that the TXN Id: CTX[protected] is failed, and the amount is not credited in my account. So, kindly please refund the Rs.441.76 in my account as soon as possible.
