    I have made a payment of rs.800/- to rie, cee towards exam fees. Regret to say that at the time of ending payment no receipt generated. The citrus site was shown error. But rs.800/- has deducted from my bank account vide transaction id : "igabdxyjt" dtd.19.04.2017

    " therefore, i request you to please guide me in this regard that how i get the payment receipt or kindly send me the payment receipt to my mail : [protected]@gmail.com.

      Sir my name is Ashwani Kumar Gupta and when i make payment in Upbed 2017 entrance form registration no is[protected] on 8th april 017and when making payment through Sbi internate Banking then payment is successfully done amunt is deducted from my account but after that i again open the check fee status then your portal again show the option to make a payment but it is already deducted from my account .
      since my registration fee is not paid and the last date of fee paid was 10 April 2017 so i again paid my fee to the same registration number.
      finally at last on 12th April my fee was successful but i paid the fee twice for the same registration number.
      So Please refund my second transaction amount in my bank account.
      it is not done in my registration.
      so please solve the problem.

          During online apply for application form at http://www.ncert-cee.kar.nic.in/Login.aspx website application fee payment debited txn refrence no IGABDSSVR3 from state bank of bikaner and jaipur dausa and IGABDOXAP6 from state bank of bikaner and jaipur rajsamand amounting rs 400 for each txn. But the intimation from http://www.ncert-cee.kar.nic.in/ in payment section not confirmed. Pls rectify it ASAP.

            It's not present as a payment options, In any of the 10000 merchants it claims.poor guidance to use the money in wallet.there is no option of citrus wallet when we make payment through this Wallet.Either this is fraudulent or they have not explained it clearly

                  I have booked 3 air e-ticket on 14/04/2017 at 00.32

                  At time of booking showing some error ' season is expired'. so i have return the home page. but after some time came one message in my mobile (payment has been debited by rs.13073 on[protected] time :00.37).

                  But any ticket booked confirmation sms didn't come from your side to my mobile or mail id.

                        During the process of registration for ncert cee 2017, for a candidate a sum of rupees 800 was required to be paid.
                        The registration form was filed up and confirmed and the payment was to be made.
                        i used my sbi debit card to make payment online. The card details were authenticated and was redirected to SBI page for OTP.

                        The otp was confirmed and the amount was debited from the account but i was not redirected back to the confirmation page.

                        hence i was not complete the registration.

                        i request an immediate refund of the amount to my account.

PAyment of 604.2 was deducted from my SBI account on March 27 at 11.55 PM but in the IGNOU portal it showed that the transaction has been failed. On contacting the IGNOU authorities they said that no payment has been received by the other party. Please resolve the issue.

                                I was paying online ACT broadband bill which took me to citrus pay payment gateway. I put in the details and clicked for payment. After clicking I noticed that a small slide button just above the payment button which is green by default. This button has a label on its left which says "save card details".

                                CTIRUS PAY ILLEGALLY AND SNEAKILY IS COLLECTING CARD INFORMATION FOR ITS DATABASE. THIS OPTION SHOULD BE SET TO OFF BY DEFAULT. I WANT MY CARD DETAILS REMOVED BY CITRUS PAY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION AND THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO COLLECT THIS BY DEFAULT. I DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR ASSURANCE OF 100% SECURE ASSURANCE. THE FACT THAT THEY COLLECT IT IN THIS SNEAKY WAY MEANS THAT THEIR ASSURANCES ARE MISPLACED.
                                REMOVE MY CARD DETAILS PLEASE AND LET THE CONSUMER DECIDE!!!

                                  I have used citrus pay to recharge my airtel no [protected]for 110rupees through net banking. On 11/04/2017. At 9.39 amthe amount has been debited from my account but i get transaction incomplete page and i am not recharged with particular amount. The ref no[protected] and citrus [protected]/ airt [protected]please check it immediately and do the needful. If the transaction is incomplete refund the money, if the transaction has hapenned recharge should be done.
