              First complaint : sir i transferred citrus wallet amount of rs.5000 to my bank account on 12/08/2017, transaction number - txn id : ctx[protected]
              Ref id : 2228351. Message i received that for money transfer to bank will take two days time. More than six days went, still now i did not received in my account. I gave ecs to other party, i expected this amount will tally but ecs return and charged me for non maintenance in bank. Iam using more than 18 years in this bank, this is first time i got black mark. Please check and do the need full.

              Second complaint:from citrus you called me and told will solve problem but instead of that you have taken 65000. How nicely cheating, you called in this number - [protected]

                Hi,

                I recharged my metro card number [protected] with rs 200 on 16/8/2017 at 4:48 pm but the amount is not credited completely. My transaction reference number is mgov[protected]Reference number from citi bank).

                Reference number of karnatak mobile one : [protected].

                After recharging it i felt citrus payment is not at all secure, i rechaged for some amount and the amount credited was not matching.

                Also, from bmrcl point of view, i felt they should tag smart card with mobile number so we would get a confirmation once done.
                Kindly look into it.

                  Dear sir, I bought a new policy from the ICICI Prudential life insurance term plan. I had submitted all my details and I was to pay the premium online and I paid the premium through online and I paid it through hdfc bank shows the amount has been deducted .the amount has been transferred to citrus ICICI prudentia.dated 12 th Aug. I have to pay the premium within the time period.i didn't had the premium amount in ICICI Bank so I chose to pay by hdfc net banking at the time of payment the page came up which showed the merchant Citrus ICICI
                  Prudentia so I thought it might be the same ICICI Prudential co. so I clicked to pay and the message didn't come up of payment received so I checked with the ICICI Prudential co. They also said payment was not received.so I was worried I tried to think what went wrong so I double checked and I found out that the merchant name should be ICICI Prudential and not citrus ICICI Prudentia so this was the mistake I have done so would like to know how could I get the money refunded as soon as possible the premium due is as earliest

                        Respectfully I have to say that I made transaction on[protected] of 3715INR whose transaction ID was VIP/CitrusP*aya/[protected]/0 which is still not paid at the MJPRU university desk. Although balance had been deducted from my bank account.

                            I made the payment of mponline kiosk on 11/08/2017 of amount rs. 6000 through axis bank net banking with billdesk citruspay. After few seconds page is not showing it is successful or unsuccessful transaction but money got debited from my bank account.

                                  I paid the current outstanding airtel broadband bill yesterday (06th august 2017) using netbanking mode of transaction. Half way through the transaction, the screen showed up that 'payment was unsuccessful'. But the amount (1179) is debited from my account but the payment was unsuccessful. I tried once again and another amount (1179) is debited from my account. Reference number of the transaction is[protected] and other txn id is[protected]. Kindly look into this matter asap. Please refund or update my balance.

                                    I was paying rs 6193.92 using citrus pay against new connection (Wbsedcl) on 6th august, 2017.

                                    However during transaction their web portal showed transaction failed.

                                    Surprisingly an auto generated mail was received from their side that payment was successful.

                                    Now wbsedcl denies payment from your side. Kindly arrange to refund the incurred amount.

                                      Payment process failed at the end of transaction (After otp was input). My axis bank account has been debit for this amount but ticketnew.com says no ticket generated

                                        I made the payment of ignou fees on 15/07/2017 of amount rs. 5662.78 through citruspay. After few seconds screen showed that payment unsuccessful due to an error but money got debited from my bank account.
                                        Then i contacted to ignou authorities they said that "your payment shows failure". After that i contacted my bank. On verification they found that amount is settled to merchant bank (Citruspay). So please credit back my money on bank account.
