Dear sir
While filling form of online admission of nios registration an amount of rs. 2300 deducted from my account but nios status is still showing payment not made

But amount got deducted why this is happening? In other gateways it never happens if happen refunded within minutes or one hours.

In citrus always payment captured and never refunded why? If payment captured why receipt is not generated. If there was server error than after some time payment should be refunded to customer... Sir please help me...

    Sir/madam,

    I was made a payment of rs. 580./- through my debit card for on line in-favor of sree manasa gas agencies (Hp gas - hyderabad) via citrus pay on dated 01/08/2017 at around 07:06 p. M. My card shows the balance deducted of amount rs. 580.80/- but the system not generate the payment slip.

    This is very bad response. When i clicked on the given link by ezygas got error message. Like payment failure.

      Dear sir/madam
      While filling of online filling of nios registration an amount of rs. 1742 deducted but not generated receipt and payment not made in nios form.

      But amount deducted why this is happening? In other gateways it never happens if happen refunded within minutes or one hours.

      In citrus always payment captured and never refunded why? If payment captured why receipt is not generated. If there was server error than after some time payment should be refunded to customer.

      Please rectify this immediately.

      it is now almost 72 hours have been passed away but nothing happen how long citrus will hold the payment. please refund it so that i can try for another method of payment to complete the NIOS registration form.

Same incident Happened with me...citrus/nios deducted rupees 2300 from my bank account on 31 august...but payment status is still showing PAYMENT NOT MADE... neither they (NIOS) pick calls nor reply to emails... NIOS is nothing but a body comprising of bunch of crooks nd corrupted officials for looting public money...

              I would like to inquire about the transaction status when i paid my fees. The status is shown as transaction initiated. Does this mean it will excuted the next working day or the transaction has failed? But the amount was debited from my account.. Even if the transaction has failed.. I would get a refund or something

                      While recharging through My AIRTEL app the amount Rs.150 was debited from my AXIS bank account through Citrus gateway but the recharge was not done also the money is not returned to my account either. So i need my money back to my account.

                                I had made payment against my Airtel mobile rental on 7/7/2017 at 2:38 pm. for amount Rs 353 through Axis Bank.

                                Payment process failed at the end of transaction (After OTP was input). My Axis bank account has been debit for this amount but Airtel portal indicates that the amount is still due.

                                I have received email from Axis Bank indicating my account has been debited for Rs 353/- with info INB/[protected]/ Citrus Payment Solution

                                Please let me know if this transaction is successful or the amount will be credited back to my account

                                  I had booked an air ticket from indego through citrus pay. An offer of rs 600 was sanctioned on 5.07.2017 regarding this an sms was received in my mobile. I has not received any offer from citrus it is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter.

                                    I received a call from this number [protected] and he asked about my debit card detail and hacked my bank account with 20000rs.So I request you to take strong action for these frauds because I complained also in police but nobody helped me so pls.soon take action for it.as soon as possible catch them frauds. I want my money back so I need help I just want that they will be punish so that they can't do this with anyone in future.

                                      Please refer my Ticket id 01045891 raised for booking of DDA community hall. I was supposed to received the refund of Rs.9102/- as it is approved by DDA. i have been continuously taking follow ups with your citrus at [protected]@citruspay.com and tried to reach you at[protected] . And they are just making me a fool according to them the amount should be transferred in 3-5 working days. where it is not done yet.

                                      It was 2 time committed that the amount is already transferred i shared my account statement where the amount is not reflecting. BUt they are again asking me to share the statement. i mean is it a kind of joke or what.
                                      Neither i am getting an accurate answer on e-mail nor the contact no.s are correct what do i do now.

                                      No body has reach me yet. I have been allotted with 3 different ticket no on different date .01095468, 01099391 and 01100811. By mentioning that your awesome support representatives will probably review and respond to my concern within the next 24 hours. But neither my query is responded nor i have received any call. Mr. Satyapal Salve is always write a repeated statement that the amount is refund today. (In different days of my mail reply). What is happening will anyone state me that. This is a height of tolerance.. Will any any respond to me over call.
