Please refer my Ticket id 01045891 raised for booking of DDA community hall. I was supposed to received the refund of Rs.9102/- as it is approved by DDA. i have been continuously taking follow ups with your citrus at [protected]@citruspay.com and tried to reach you at[protected] . And they are just making me a fool according to them the amount should be transferred in 3-5 working days. where it is not done yet.
It was 2 time committed that the amount is already transferred i shared my account statement where the amount is not reflecting. BUt they are again asking me to share the statement. i mean is it a kind of joke or what.
Neither i am getting an accurate answer on e-mail nor the contact no.s are correct what do i do now.

Complaint marked as Resolved No body has reach me yet. I have been allotted with 3 different ticket no on different date .01095468, 01099391 and 01100811. By mentioning that your awesome support representatives will probably review and respond to my concern within the next 24 hours.
But neither my query is responded nor i have received any call. Mr. Satyapal Salve is always write a repeated statement that the amount is refund today. (In different days of my mail reply).
What is happening will anyone state me that. This is a height of tolerance..
Will any any respond to me over call.
