I made a inter bank transfer through online SBI Net banking to Madurai Kamaraj University TUTION FEE of Rs 5015/-via ICICI eazypay and CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PVT Ltd.on 12th August 2021 at 08:03 AM IST.I got a message that your payment is successful and my amount debited SMS.But very soon I got a message that your Payment is Unsuccessful.I waited for auto recovery refund.But still now (16th Aug 2021) I didnt get my amount back.I need to pay my Tution fees as soon as possible.So, help me to get back my amount.

          I made a payment on Zara app through upi and my payment got deducted but no purchase was made what to do .
          I need a refund plus I got a call from consumer complaints and they also deducted rs 4000 I don’t understand how can someone be so unprofessional .
          Specially big brands like Zara doing such things .
          I need my refund do reply me to the earliest ( also for some reason after the call where they took 4000 rs I have blocked my card so kindly look into the matter ) and contact me back for a refund

                He also said that he is a govt employee such a cheater he is. Citrus is this the only way to raise a complain? Don’t you have any other ways? Our confidential details are being published publicly.
                If possible take a strict action against him because he is cheating people by saying your company’s name and this could effect your company’s reputation.

                        I was placing an order on zara india online on 30th june and had opted for payment via upi.
                        I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
                        I did the transaction via [protected]@okhdfcbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
                        So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
                        I haven’t been initiated a refund.

                        Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

                                    Hello,
                                    I had made payment for certain product at Zara via Citrus’s payment gateway. I had however immediately cancelled the order before it was even shipped. The amount was deducted from my account and it was never refunded. All this happened on the 25th of July. I was told that the payment will reflect within 7-10 business days. I raised a query but it was marked resolved without initiating any payment.
                                    The only recourse left with me now is to deal with the issue in a legal fashion. I’m willing to serve a legal notice upon all the parties involved and undertake subsequent legal action if my issue is not resolved.
                                    The information previously provided by citrus regarding the status of my refund was vague. It did not even mention my account details.
                                    I’m attaching the concerned screenshot. Kindly resolve it at the earliest.

                                      Sir yesterday i was fill DU Post Graduation form and paid 750 rs successfully through NetBanking of SBI.
                                      But transaction is failed and money is debited from my account!!!
                                      Please help me 🙏
