through Citrus payment solution Gateway under transaction ID (

account but not to upload in my CSC wallet[protected] Account till date so
kindly solve my problem as soon as possible....

Stuck payment with zara

I was placing an order on zara india online on 19th may 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Stuck payment

I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.

Zara Order Cancelled, Money Debited

I had placed an order on the Zara app on May 18, 2021 for Rs 3, 980. The money was debited from my account via UPI on Google Pay but Zara cancelled my order later. I would like a refund ASAP....

Stuck payment with Citrus- for ZARA

Hi, I placed a payment for Zara via google pay (UPI) and was directed to citrus payment solutions. My payment got deducted from my account but Zara never received it hence my order was cancelled. I called Zara and they informed me my payment is stuck with Citrus, I have a receipt to prove the same. Kindly refund my money....

Payment made on 14 may to Zara

Hi, I made a payment of 3580 to Zara on 14 May through google pay. The money got deducted from my account but zara did not receive the amount and eventually cancelled the order. Kindly, process my refund at the earliest. I am contantly trying to call the customer service but there is no response...

Money debited on a cancelled order

I had placed an order through the zara application on 13th april, made the payment of ₹3270 through google pay which was debited to citrus solutions, the money was never received by zara and hence the order was canceled. Since then have contacted citrus on their mail 4 times never getting a reply,
Highly unprofessional, please resolve this ASAP...

Amount of Rs. 2370 debited while purchase shows cancelled on Zara app.

I made a purchase for Rs. 2370 on Zara app through UPI payment method. The app showed that the payment is still pending while the amount has been debited. Now Zara has even cancelled the order from their side. It’s not a small amount. Kindly refund my money ASAP. I want my money back....

Opted for UPI payment - got redirected to Citrus payment solutions gateway and made the payment from phone pe app. Money got debited from my account but the status of the purchase shows pending payment . Therefore Zara cancelled my order My amount has debited from bank account

House Tax for ID-9157B73103 not credited

I deposited online Hose Tax Rs.1256/- for ID 9157B7313 through SBI internet banking on 1st May 2021, the amount was successfully debited from my account. I am very sorry to advise again that the amount was neither credited to my House Tax not refunded to my deposit account as yet. Please expedite and advise me the correct position and further course of action.

I ordered shoes from online Zara app
My amount 2990/- got debited through Googlepay gateway payment link. But order was not confirmed on Zara app and payment awaited sign showing continued so I cancelled the order after 1 hour. My amount is not yet credited. Please look into the matter on the urgent basis...
