On December 8th, 2020, I received a mail from Zara confirming the request for refund of ₹4, 490 for the return of goods. The Zara order number is [protected], . The payment was made from PAYTM UPI (linked to my SBI savings account) . The reference UPI ID is[protected]. It has been over 5 months and I haven’t received the refund. I’ve sent several mails to both ZARA and SBI, but all in vain. Zara has provided me with Citrus ID OL[protected] and refund reference number AXI0d50bd7b76c[protected]f7a909ac2e6 and states that the refund has been initiated but my bank isn’t being able to track the amount.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
I had made a transaction on zara and for some reason my oder was not placed but the oder is not placed. I have tried contacting paytm but they said to contact you. Please see this problem and let me know what is the solution As soon a s possible.
