This is very disappointing, please see to it that Zara receives my payment otherwise please refund asap.

I paid Rs 4887 on 07.04.2021 towards my bill for House rent from Luknow Nagar NIgam but the same is not reflected in the merchant account (Lucknow Nagar Nigam).

My transaction is successful but Citrus payment solutions didn’t make it zara. So I have cancelled my order.I request my refund for the cancellation of order of ₹2080 ASAP...

I placed an order from Zara on the 3rd of December, 2020 for Rs 5990 through upi.
The order got returned without reaching me and I still haven't received the refund in my account even though zara claims that they have initiated the refund on the 8th of Dec 2020.
The citrus ID provided by them for this transaction is OL[protected].
I have checked with the bank and even have my bank statements...

On December 8th, 2020, I received a mail from Zara confirming the request for refund of ₹4, 490 for the return of goods. The Zara order number is [protected], . The payment was made from PAYTM UPI (linked to my SBI savings account) . The reference UPI ID is[protected]. It has been over 5 months and I haven’t received the refund. I’ve sent several mails to both ZARA and SBI, but all in vain. Zara has provided me with Citrus ID OL[protected]...

Lately i was ordering something from zara and i tried making the payment using UPI through the citrus gateway the money got deducted but order failed at zara’s end due to some problem in payment confirmations, kindly look into this and refund my money asap

I’m Priyanka, I purchased few products of worth 4, 280 on 8th June 2021, through UPI google pay( State bank of India). The amount has been deducted from my account although Zara didn’t receive any payment. I want you to refund my money as soon as possible. This is totally absurd....

The refund from Zara was processed on 13th December 2020 but the amount is not reflected into my account yet. Please check below transaction Ids

Hello i have paid ₹2570 from my paytm upi for my order on zara app, the money is deducted from my account but the app is showing payment incomplete. Please do something i want my money back...

While placing an order on Zara India, I paid via Google pay an amount of Rs. 5770/-
The amount was debited from my bank account but was not received by Zara and they cancelled the order.

Tried to Pay Property Tax of Nashik Municipal Corporation for rs 1322 payment via debit card, on 31/05/2021 10:10 am showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 1322 was deducted from my account.

The amount Rs1322 will be deducted two times because I tried it two times and it showed the same, that is, cm90004-duplicate record.

03-june-2021 i will try to order in myntra.That payment Rs 1353 is deducted in my account.But order is still pending.I need to solve my cash lose...

I was placing an order from Zara on 3rd June 2021 and had opted for payment through via google pay for which zara had citrus payment as their gateway. I did the transaction and my money got debited from my account but Zara did not receive the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side and as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund

I placed an order on Zara today (3rd June 21) through UPI payment, Google pay at 12:07.
I did the transaction via [protected]@okhdfcbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
