I had made a transaction on zara and for some reason my oder was not placed but the oder is not placed. I have tried contacting paytm but they said to contact you. Please see this problem and let me know what is the solution As soon a s possible.

        My name is Shivakshi
        I placed an order from Zara on the 3rd of December, 2020 for Rs 5990 through upi.
        The order got returned without reaching me and I still haven't received the refund in my account even though zara claims that they have initiated the refund on the 8th of Dec 2020.
        The citrus ID provided by them for this transaction is OL[protected].
        I have checked with the bank and even have my bank statements and there is no credit for this.

          On December 8th, 2020, I received a mail from Zara confirming the request for refund of ₹4, 490 for the return of goods. The Zara order number is [protected], . The payment was made from PAYTM UPI (linked to my SBI savings account) . The reference UPI ID is[protected]. It has been over 5 months and I haven’t received the refund. I’ve sent several mails to both ZARA and SBI, but all in vain. Zara has provided me with Citrus ID OL[protected] and refund reference number AXI0d50bd7b76c[protected]f7a909ac2e6 and states that the refund has been initiated but my bank isn’t being able to track the amount.

              I’m Priyanka, I purchased few products of worth 4, 280 on 8th June 2021, through UPI google pay( State bank of India). The amount has been deducted from my account although Zara didn’t receive any payment. I want you to refund my money as soon as possible. This is totally absurd.

                        Tried to Pay Property Tax of Nashik Municipal Corporation for rs 1322 payment via debit card, on 31/05/2021 10:10 am showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 1322 was deducted from my account.

                        The amount Rs1322 will be deducted two times because I tried it two times and it showed the same, that is, cm90004-duplicate record.

                        I am very tensed regarding both the money and Property tax payment is not reflected

                                    I have done the online payment for zara of rupees 3, 180 . The payment was deducted from my account but order is still pending payment .
                                    The payment method was gpay .
                                    Please process the payment as zara will cancel the order in next 24 hours . Or refund the payment asap

                                    Hi team, it has already been 24 hours and i have not got any refund not even a confirmation that refund has been processed or anything . This is truly not acceptable

                                      I had place order from zara on 23 Dec 2020 .I had cancelled that order in 30 minutes I suppose to receive refund of 5980rs.zara told me that they have initiated the refund but I still haven't received that payment I have checked my passbook statment as well.kindly help me with that .I m attaching all the details

                                        On 23rd may 2021 i made the payment but the order was cancelled.Zara didn’t receive n it’s stuck with the merchant. I kindly request you to refund the payment. It has been 10 days now.
