Money deducted but payment not successful

I placed an order through zara app, when I proceeded to the payment I paid through UPI ( PhonePe) the money was deducted immediately but the payment was not successful on the zara app. And as I saw the complaints of others and your response that money gets deducted quickly but why does the refund takes so much time. My birthday is in 5 days and that was the dress I wanted to buy. And now you have my money and I don’t think my mother will...

Regarding upi payment for purchase from zara but order not received

Hi. I placed an order on zara on 20th june 2021 and paid via upi to citrus solutions pvt ltd.
an amount of 1280 was deducted from my account but there was no order received by zara and it has been canceled.

Kindly look into it and proceed with the refund at the earliest.

They took my money and still haven't received it !

It’s a fraud ! Citrus solutions ! I’m filing a complaint with the police ! wanted a refund for zara of the amount 3700, I spoke to officials from citrus solutions and then they took my 24000 and still
Haven’t received the money ! It’s a fraud ! Please don’t use citrus solutions for any of your payment !...

Zara payment issue, kindly initiate refund

Hi,
I placed an order on Zara dated 19 june 2021 and made payment via UPI, using google pay to citrus payment solution their payment gateway. The amount for 4680 has been deducted from my account but my order has been canceled. Please either process my order or provide me with the refund....

Payment issue complaint

I placed an order on the zara app and made payment via UPI, google pay to citrus payment solution. The amount 4680 has been deducted from my account but the status of my order still shows payment pending. Please either process my order or provide me with refund as soon as possible...

I was placing an order on zara india online on 6th june 2021 and had opted for payment via upi. I then did the payment through BHIM FOR WHICH ZARA HAD USED CITRUS PAYMENT GATEWAY.I did the transaction via @punjab national bank and money got debited from my account but zara did not recived the amount.
so zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
i haven't been initiated a refund.
Kindlyt check my concern...

Amount did not reach the merchant

Respective sir/madam
I was placing a order on Zara India on 17th of June, 2021 and had opt for payment via UPI. Then I did the payment through PAYTM for which Zara had use citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction via citruspay@axisbank and money got debited from my account but Zara didn’t receive the amount because of which they cancelled my order from their side as it kept pending .
I haven’t been initiated refund...

Money Stuck

I had placed an order at zara which could not be a success. My money got debited and the bank says it is a success from their side and zara has cancelled the other as they have not recieved it. Please refund this amount asap...

Refund issue

I placed an order from Zara on the 23rd of December, 2020 for Rs 1470 through upi.

The order got returned without reaching me and I still haven't received the refund in my account even though zara claims that they have initiated the refund on the 23rd of Dec 2020.

I have checked with the bank and even have my bank statements and there is no credit for this....

Hi I placed an order on zara yesterday and paid via upi …@okhdfcbank. The almond got debited from my account but the order got cancelled. Please initiate a refund asap...

Money debited my bank account for renew KDK Software but renewed. not

Address:6, Parishram Complex, 132ft. Ring Road, Near Bhavasar Hostel, Nava Vadaj,

I was placing an renew software order on KDK Software online on 12th June 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through Paytm Rs.7434/- (rupees seven thousand four hundred thirty four only) pay for which KDK Software had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [cirtus]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but KDK Software did not received the amount.
So KDK Software cancelled...

Amount of Rs. 5780 debited while purchase shows cancelled on Zara app

Hi, I placed an order to Zara (Amount- INR 5780) via UPI on 14th June. The amount was deducted and I got a message from my bank. However, on the Zara website, it said the payment wasn't successful and the order has been canceled....

Zara payment not received, kindly initiate refund

I placeyan order on 13 june 2021 on Zara India, I paid via paytm UPI an amount of Rs. 2280/-
The amount was debited from my bank account but was not received by Zara and they cancelled the order.

Zara payment not received, initiate refund

I made an online order on Zara on 14th June 2021 via UPI payment mode.
I made payment through Paytm, for which zara directed me to citrus payment gateway via [protected]axic bank.
Money got debited from my account but not received by zara, and has cancelled my order from their end.
Kindly support and refund the amount at the earliest....

Refund Status

I placed an order of ₹2990 on Zara on 12.06.21 through UPI. The amount has been deducted but Zara said the payment is pending so I eventually cancelled the order. Haven’t received the refund yet. How am I supposed to know about the processing of refund? Please respond....
