Hello,

I tried to pay my college fee 20810/- on[protected] for my second semester. My college that is University of Hyderabad is using eazypay which redirected me to the citrus payment gateway.

I made the payment through Union bank of India and amount got debited from my account. I also got a message from the bank that transaction to citrus payment solutions was completed successfully but my college has not...

We had made online payment through your payment gateway on 27.03.2021 for Rs. 3, 90, 908.60. But till date the amount not credited to the Payee account neither it is refunded to our account also.

On[protected] I made a transaction of ₹999 for Amazon prime annual subscription with reference ID[protected]. I cancelled that, so when do I get back the money....

With respect to the above subject I purchased a shirt from zara online and was not happy about the product I returned it back in the store in February and was told I the amount will be deposited into my bank account .and was the check for it after 14th February and first week of March, return No was[protected] for order no[protected] it is 7th April and I have received my money of Rs1999 so far when I called costumer care Zara I was given...

I ordered a product from Zara and paid for it with Gpay. Money was deducted from my BANK ACCOUNT. However, Zara never confirmed my order and eventually cancelled it because they did not receive payment. Since you are the third party, I would really request you for an immediate refund. RESPECTED ALL,

The payment I have made from my account didn't recieved in my CSC account.
The amount of 5002.95 was debited from my bank account but not credited in my CSC account.
Please try to resolve my problem as soon as possible..

Amount deducted from bank but not recd in wallet

Using my ghmc app i paid propert tax to ghmc through citrus pay but it's not reflecting to ghmc that i paid.
I paid through google pay with Transaction Number[protected] and the payment amount is 1642 and that was successfully credited to citrus solutions Pvt ltd on 15th April 10:34 am
But it's not credited to ghmc they have raised a penalty for this.
I request you to look at this matter and Please check and revert...

On 31st March, I made a payment on Zara through Citrus Pay Solution using PhonePe UPI and amount got credited in citruspay@axisbank. I have made payment for water bill on 30/3/21 at 13:17:33 time whose transaction id is [protected][protected] of rs2896/- This transaction shows as failed transaction and amount has been deducted from my hdfc account but not returned yet. Pls check ta your end and revert with a possible solution.

I was placing an order on zara india online on 131st march 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@oksbi and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending

I have done a transaction for YEIDA its been credited from my account but is not reflecting in YEIDA and showing status as failed. When i checked with my bank the transaction is successful and is credited to CItrus Payment Solutions Mumbai. Kindly return the amount....

I have done a payment of INR 496, 510 in favour of YEIDA using Citrus payment solution gateway via netbanking it is not reflecting in YEIDA application but my account is debited and credited to Citrus.

I have all the details which ofcourse i cannot share here i would request the team to please contact me and help to solve my issue....

Water bill payment deducted through sbi netbanking but receipt not generated. Amount has been deducted from sbi netbanking of Rs 1680. Transaction ID is #IGAKVOLWH9...
