Hello,

I tried to pay my college fee 20810/- on[protected] for my second semester. My college that is University of Hyderabad is using eazypay which redirected me to the citrus payment gateway.

I made the payment through Union bank of India and amount got debited from my account. I also got a message from the bank that transaction to citrus payment solutions was completed successfully but my college has not received any amount. So it will be very helpful if you could look into this matter and credit the amount back into my account.

Kindly help because I need to pay my semester fees.
I have attached the transaction history screenshot and the message that I received from the bank.

    Hi! As checked, this is a failed transaction and we have not received any funds for the same. You need to contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.

        With respect to the above subject I purchased a shirt from zara online and was not happy about the product I returned it back in the store in February and was told I the amount will be deposited into my bank account .and was the check for it after 14th February and first week of March, return No was[protected] for order no[protected] it is 7th April and I have received my money of Rs1999 so far when I called costumer care Zara I was given the no
        (OL[protected] and was told the was released by zara in the name of INDITEX TO my bank account when I checked with my bank I was told no such transaction was received by the bank. I would like to know if your organisation can help me get back my refund amount from zara

          I ordered a product from Zara and paid for it with Gpay. Money was deducted from my BANK ACCOUNT. However, Zara never confirmed my order and eventually cancelled it because they did not receive payment. Since you are the third party, I would really request you for an immediate refund. Below attached are the following invoices:

                    Using my ghmc app i paid propert tax to ghmc through citrus pay but it's not reflecting to ghmc that i paid.
                    I paid through google pay with Transaction Number[protected] and the payment amount is 1642 and that was successfully credited to citrus solutions Pvt ltd on 15th April 10:34 am
                    But it's not credited to ghmc they have raised a penalty for this.
                    I request you to look at this matter and Please check and revert my money

                        On 31st March, I was placing an order on Zara for which I paid via PhonePe UPI. The money was requested through citrus payment solutions and I paid the amount. The amount Rs. 4980 has been debited from my bank account, but citrus page prompted that transaction was unsuccessful. Now the merchant “Zara” has cancelled my order because of the pending payment and I still do not have my money back. Also PhonePe indicates the transaction has been successful and also I got a message from my bank that the amount was credited to [protected]@axisbank. The UPI reference number is[protected]. Please refund me my amount.

                              Though it took few days, and during the period there was no response received for any of the sides( neither the company nor this platform). And there is no proper grievance redressal mechanism or any contact point to get connected. Since my refund was initiated to my associated account. Hence, I mark my complaint resolved.

                                I have done a payment of INR 496, 510 in favour of YEIDA using Citrus payment solution gateway via netbanking it is not reflecting in YEIDA application but my account is debited and credited to Citrus.
