I ordered 3 items from zara worth Rs 5570. I opted for UPI payment method and then I entered my UPI Id and after that I received to accept the payment on google pay which I did. The money has been deducted from my account but zara shows Pending Payment. What to do now?

    Hi,

    I had made payment towards Corporation Tax Chennai Rs.1257/- through E Pay/Citrus Payment Solution/I.D.No:[protected] on 12/04/2021. The Amount duly got debited from my U.B.I. S.B. a/c. but the receipt was not generated.

    When I checked in Corporation Tax Website it is stated that the said Transaction of Rs.1257/- has been failed. Already 48 Hrs have lapsed and my payment is still not refunded to my Bank a/c.

    As checked, this is a failed transaction and we have not received any funds for the same. You need to contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.

      Hello this is karan. I emailed on level 1 and level 2 it’s been more than 24 hours. No response yet.

      I made payment to Zara via using citrus. However payment had been deducted. But my order was cancelled. My refund hasn’t been initiated.

      Please refund my money.

        I was placing an order on zara india online on 15th April 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
        Then I made the payment through google pay for which zara used citrus payment gateway.
        I made the transaction and money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount. Zara cancelled the order from their side as it showed pending
        I haven’t been initiated a refund.

        Kindly look into it and process the refund request for my money at the earliest.

              For my zara order, payment was done twice by me as the first time it failed and order did not go through. As per zara its been refunded with citrus txn id OL[protected] on 24th December 2020 but I haven’t received the amount in my account yet. Its been 4 months now but still my bank has not received this amount.can you please help to resolve this?

                I got the reply from the merchant the next day of me writing to them which was quite quick. They assured me. I got my refund on the third day.

                          Hi,

                          I placed an order on Zara app through UPI on 11.04.2021. They payment has been debited and have been successfully paid to citrus pay. Although the Zara app is showing error and says that the pay has not been complete and still pending, hence the order never got placed. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and generate the refund.

                              Zara shared a refund proof with me where the amount should have been credited back to my UPI account on 2nd Nov 2020. I still have not received the amount back. I dont see any credit in my account. Please refund this at the earliest. Screenshot shared by Zara is attached.

                                I opted for UPI mode of payment (via Paytm) to pay for an order from ZARA, and the website directed me to to Citrus Gateaway Payment. Although the amount was deducted from my bank account, ZARA did not receive the money. Please refund the money ASAP.

                                  I made a payment on the Zara app through UPI but the payment shows as failed even though my money got debited. PFA the screenshot and details of the transaction
                                  I tried making another payment through UPI and again for the second time the payment got failed and money got debited from my account. A total of INR 7760 needs to be refunded back to my account. Please take note of this and resolve as soon as possible.
