I made a payment on the Zara app through UPI but the payment shows as failed even though my money got debited. PFA the screenshot and details of the transaction
I tried making another payment through UPI and again for the second time the payment got failed and money got debited from my account. A total of INR 7760 needs to be refunded back to my account. Please take note of this and resolve as soon as possible.

Complaint marked as Resolved It took 3-4 days. Zara assured the refund will be credited but Citrus pay did not respond to my emails and messages. Marking this complaint as resolved as I have received the amount back into my account.
As checked, this is a failed transaction and we have not received any funds for the same. You need to contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.
