I have just purchased items on the zara app, the money has been deducted but the payment on the app shows that it's still pending. If the payment bas not been processed, I urge that the money be refunded asap.

      I filed a complaint regarding my payment where my order was cancelled but the amount was deducted, i was contacted last night by one of the customer service person via call and all my transaction details were taken and told within the 30 minutes my payment would be reverted back into my account and i could call them for further assistance, my payment has still not been given back its been 14 hours, that phone number is unreachable and nobody is reciprocating to my complaint.
      This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical behaviour from the company and I being a customer do not think this is the way any company’s customer service has behaved.
      Kindly look into my complaint, give me my money back.

          Hi. I paid amount of ₹3780 through UPI for ZARA using citrus pay. The amount got deducted and also received deduction text from bank but while redirecting to the ZARA app it was giving error of order cannot be placed. Kindly loom into it and refund the money back.

                This is regarding your payment gateway, while shopping from zara app, I paid the money through google pay. The money got deducted from my bank account but on the app it says payment pending and after that it got canceled. Kindly refund my money back.

                    I made a payment of Rs.4480 to Zara via citrus solutions through UPI. the amount got deducted from my account but It didn’t reflect on Zara app and my order Got cancelled and I did not even get any refund from citrus solutions. kindly help! I had placed the order on 20th June. It has been eight days now. kindly look into the matter and inform me as soon as possible. even the contact number you have provided does not work and I am unable to call you.

                      I placed an order from the Zara app and proceeded to complete my payment via google pay. Once was on September 27, 2020 and once was on June 28, 2021
                      Both times, my money got debited twice for each order because Zara app showed that the first transaction failed. Please refund both my amounts.

                              I recharged my airtel DTH customer ID [protected] today using axis netbanking for amount Rs 5721.

                              The amount got deducted from my account but the DTH is not recharged. The following is the message i hot from Axis Bank.

                                  I was placing an order on zara india online on 26th June and had opted for payment via upi.
                                  I then did the payment through phone pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
                                  I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
                                  So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
                                  I haven’t been initiated a refund.

                                  Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.
