I filed a complaint regarding my payment where my order was cancelled but the amount was deducted, i was contacted last night by one of the customer service person via call and all my transaction details were taken and told within the 30 minutes my payment would be reverted back into my account and i could call them for further assistance, my payment has still not been given back its been 14 hours, that phone number is unreachable and nobody is reciprocating to my complaint.
This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical behaviour from the company and I being a customer do not think this is the way any company’s customer service has behaved.
Kindly look into my complaint, give me my money back.
