I had tried to pay my college fee amounting 47300 on 23/04/2021 and the amount got debited from my account but later on the transaction status is being displayed that the transaction has failed. I have not yet received the money into my account from where it got debited. I need help .

    i paid Rs.9895 by HDFC net banking through CITRUS EASY PAY on 22/04/2021, it has not reached Lucknow Nagar Nigam house tax acct and debited from my account

    Rec'd a call from the company, and the gentleman asked me card no, which I provided and he also asked for CVV no, which is not given in the Rupay ATM cards, not given.
    Otherwise also, RBI says never give your CVV no to anyone.
    After that I have neither rec'd refund nor any communication.
    Please look into the matter and refund my money.
    All the details were provided earlier whatever I had.
    Payt was made through net banking on computer, not by telephone.

      Made a payment to Zara through Citrus, amount deducted from my Account, but Zara never received it! Please refund the amount.

              I got this message from amazon after my money got debited by Rs.899 from Citrus Payment solution REference ID[protected]. It was done through netbanking from union bank of india

              Kindly refund said money into my account as amazon has not received any payment from my end.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I had a CSC Wallet recharge on[protected] Rs 500 via Citrus Payment Solutions by net banking tranctions ref.no.[protected] IGAKWEJGZ0 but not succeeded, but Rs 500 debited from my account no. [protected].Till now the amount is not add wallet or refund to my Acccount.
                Earlier I complaint concern bank and CSC about my deduction Rs.500, they replied me that contact with Citrus payment Solutions.
                Please look the above mentioned matter.

                  I opted for payment via upi.
                  I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
                  I did the transaction via [protected]@okhdfbank money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
                  So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
                  I haven’t been initiated a refund.

                  Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

                  They haven’t resolved it. Also someone called me from this number +[protected] and asked me to pay ₹23000. It’s a total fraud. They will tell you that they have a google pay coupon and you’ll get the refund through that. Please don’t fall for it. I had to freeze my account to be able to not fall for this trap.

                        I have ordered from zara and i paid through Gpay ..it was paid to citrus pay solutions . They payment was succesfull and they money got deducted from my account, but in zara it is showing as pending payment. Please refund my money. This is not fair.

                          I was placing an order on zara india online on 19th April and had opted for payment via upi.
                          I then did the payment through paytm upi for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
                          I did the transaction and the money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount. So Zara kept showing the status “pending”
                          I haven’t been initiated a refund.
                          Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest

                            I made a payment in UPI first and then it showed failed in the website. And then it also showed amount devoted in the UPI. I contacted Zara and they said that they have not received any such payments. My UPI shows it has been sent to you. Please refund the same immediately.

                                        I paid water tax on 27 January 2021 of Nashik City MNC corporation of amount 5872/-
                                        I have compaint you many times. And till i didn't get any reply, i have mailed you many times then also i didn't get any reply from your support team.
                                        I am worning you...
                                        If within 2days i didn't get any reply from your side, then i am gonna file a complaint in police station.
