I have paid 647 ₹ on 13 the March 2021, by Amazon pay to Barth pay merchant but transactions done at same day . But amount credited at 8April 2021to merchant.
Now merchant telling amount not credit to account and I need to check like that. Now what I have to do.

    We recharge csc wallet through citrus pay 10.53 am dated 05/05/2021 and transaction was not successful but amount deducted from bank the bank transaction ref no. is IGALBRJAZ3. Plz check the payment status and refund the amount in bank account

              I was placing an order on zara india online on 1st May, 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
              I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
              I did the transaction via [protected]@oksbi and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
              So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
              I haven’t been initiated a refund.

              Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

                  I tried to place an order on Zara and payed by upi. The transaction occurred via citrus solutions pvt ltd and I payed the amount by google pay. The amount had been debited from my account but Zara canceled my order the next day.

I had to make second payment to get the application completed .Please return the first amount as Citrus has failed to pay the vendor.This payment was not recieved by IIM Rohtak.You have kept it please return my money.

                                        I was placing an order on zara india and opted to pay through upi payment mode, for which i use phonepe. Zara uses citrus payment gateway to which i paid the sum and money was deducted but as soon as i was redirected to the app, it showed payment failed and the order was not placed and my money was also deducted.

                                        It's very much inconvenient to run after your hard owned money like this from one email to another. Kindly address my grievance and refund. I can provide bank statement and phonepe transaction id one to one.
