My confirmed ticket of air india express auto canceled as the payment is not done to them by cytrus solutiins

I had bought air india express ticket from Mangaluru to Muscat for 3 passengers on 25/03/2021. Ticket PRN/confirmation number was FLZKLV.
A amount of Indian rupees 57823.17 was debited from my account.
The reference number of transaction is SOL/[protected]
After sometime when I checked my ticket I learnt that it was auto canceled.
When I contacted air india express customer care executive he said payment is not done...

I was placing an order with Zara and opted for online payment via upi.
I did the payment through google pay for which citrus solutions payment gateway was used by zara. I did the transaction and the money got debited from the bank account but Zara did not recieve the amount. The payment status is still showing pending
Please initiate the refund or look into the matter to confirm the order...

Money deducted from account but not paid to Zara

Hello, I ordered something from ZARA and I made a payment yesterday of 3580 through UPI from [protected]@okhdfcbank to [protected]@axisbank at 4:26 PM to CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD and my money got deducted from my account and then my payment went under processing and my order got cancelled later and I didn’t get any return of my payment
I want to know where is my money and when I’m going to get the refund

Payment declined but return back to account

I had done payment of Rs. 1699/- through union bank net banking on 15.03.2021 (Transaction ID :[protected]. but at last moment payment has been declined and still said amount not return back to my account...

Money deducted while shopping online on Zara but in the app payment still says pending

I was purchasing items online through the Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payment. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money RS. 3080 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money.

Need my money refund

I booked bus ticket from dharmapuri to chennai in mettur super services. Then the cash (525rs. ) debited from my axis account. Then I checked in mss bus website whether my ticket is booked or not and it says no. So I waited three days still ticket is also not booked and my amount is also not creditwd in my acc. So kindly refund my money 525 rupees to my axis account as soon as possible, thank you....

Airtel recharge - Money deducted but recharge is not done.

Yesterday I tried to recharge using airtel app. Payment was done. Money got deducted from bank but didn't received to airtel.

Please help to refund the money.

Transaction failure through citruseazypay

While filling the registrationform for IPMIIM-ROHTAK on 21/03/2021, I submitted the registration fees of Rs.3890/- thru HDFC netbanking via CITRUSEAZYPAY.
Though the amount was debited from my account the form was not submitted as immediately after deduction there was a msg on screen saying sorry for inconvenience and you can again continue transaction some other time etc.etc.
Please get my money refunded back in my account...

Money debited but not received to merchant

I placed an order on Zara India online on 18 March 2021 and had opted for payment via UPI.
I then did the payment through phone pay. Money got debited from my account but Zara did not receive the amount.

Hey I made a payment for amount 2990/- through zara . I made payment via google pay . The amount was deducted right away from my account and when I went to the zara page. The page showed that the payment is still pending and later the order placed for cancelled.
Please either initiate my payment or refund the money back

Money got debited twice but no refund

Hi,

I was placing an order through zara and the payment gateway was Citrus Solutions. Nearly Rs 20, 000 were debited but the order was never placed. There has been no mail of refund initiation. Please assist as I am scared. Attaching photos of the two orders and the payment....

I made an order on 19th march, and opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.

I did the transaction on googlepay and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund.
