I had bought air india express ticket from Mangaluru to Muscat for 3 passengers on 25/03/2021. Ticket PRN/confirmation number was FLZKLV.
A amount of Indian rupees 57823.17 was debited from my account.
The reference number of transaction is SOL/[protected]
After sometime when I checked my ticket I learnt that it was auto canceled.
When I contacted air india express customer care executive he said payment is not done from cytrus solutions to air india express. I was surprised and shocked. I already used this ticket details to book other things like PCR test and hotel booking as required by government of Oman.
The ticket price of air india express going up day by day. Who is responsible for this? Who is going to refund this money and the balance additional amount which I have to pay to rebuy the ticket.
Moreover why air india express is tieing with such low grade solution providers?
Do you understand the trauma we are undergoing in this difficult time of pandemic

      I was placing an order with Zara and opted for online payment via upi.
      I did the payment through google pay for which citrus solutions payment gateway was used by zara. I did the transaction and the money got debited from the bank account but Zara did not recieve the amount. The payment status is still showing pending
      Please initiate the refund or look into the matter to confirm the order

        Hello, I ordered something from ZARA and I made a payment yesterday of 3580 through UPI from [protected]@okhdfcbank to [protected]@axisbank at 4:26 PM to CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD and my money got deducted from my account and then my payment went under processing and my order got cancelled later and I didn’t get any return of my payment
        I want to know where is my money and when I’m going to get the refund
        Kindly please solve my issue as soon as possible

            I was purchasing items online through the Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payment. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money RS. 3080 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money.

              Hi this is from December after complaining number of times . To citrus and pay u cutomer care . My money rs 7990 is still not paid to me
              .. I have sent my email with bank acc statement with proof and asking for same from citrus to show proof which they are not ! Because my bank needs proof as to it was a successful transaction from bank . They won't give me a charge back without showing citrus bank statement for that date time . Hi .this is regarding zara india .
              I had made two transactions on 8th of Nov via Google pay for the amount of 7990 rs to zara.com . Out of which one transaction was successful and one failed at citrus end . I have not received the 7990 rs back and attaching the details of failed transaction from Zara .com after complaining. The transaction number is - OL[protected] Pls reply to this at the earliest . Citrus pay does not have a customer phone num and email. They are holding on to peopls money illegally and zara is mum about it . This will be escalated to consumer court if no action is taken . There are hundreds of customers with the same problem and have never faced such issue with an online shopping site where a customer has to chase their own money . This is the responsibility of the website as to have a reliable payment gateway and not a shady one which is not doing anything illegal. I want to bring this to the attention of zara . People do not have the time it luxury as to go to a bank and fill out a form and file ffor a charge back and wait several months to get money back.

                  I booked bus ticket from dharmapuri to chennai in mettur super services. Then the cash (525rs. ) debited from my axis account. Then I checked in mss bus website whether my ticket is booked or not and it says no. So I waited three days still ticket is also not booked and my amount is also not creditwd in my acc. So kindly refund my money 525 rupees to my axis account as soon as possible, thank you.

Refund ₹ 590 and ₹ 2, 970 initiated on 07 Feb and 26 Feb 2021 in Allahabad Bank debit card. Citrus Transaction ID OL[protected]. REFUND NOT CREDITED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.

                    Please Note: This is one of the many order numbers for which a refund has not been credited to my bank account. I have total of 65 ZARA Order numbers from January 2021 to March 2021 with 118 refund transactions that are not yet credited to my bank account.                           While filling the registrationform for IPMIIM-ROHTAK on 21/03/2021, I submitted the registration fees of Rs.3890/- thru HDFC netbanking via CITRUSEAZYPAY.
                          Though the amount was debited from my account the form was not submitted as immediately after deduction there was a msg on screen saying sorry for inconvenience and you can again continue transaction some other time etc.etc.
                          Please get my money refunded back in my account as soon as possible.

                                      I made an order on 19th march, and opted for payment via upi.
                                      I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.

                                      I did the transaction on googlepay and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
                                      So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
                                      I haven’t been initiated a refund.

                                        Hi! Please note, please note that all transactions processed through Citruspayment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. All the transaction/s are processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password and UPI details with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and Citrus will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.
