I have accessed Sri Ma Vidyalaya School website and done the school fee for my daughter. Immediately i got msg to my phone and not received school receipt.
This is happening 2nd time for me.

    I ordered a product from Zara and paid for it with Gpay. Money was deducted from my BANK ACCOUNT. However, Zara never confirmed my order and eventually cancelled it because they did not receive payment. Since you are the third party, I would really request you for an immediate refund. Below attached are the following invoices:
    1) Gpay Transaction Snap
    2) Bank Text Message confirmation snap
    3) Zara order cancellation snap
    4) Gpay Statement Snap

        Dear Sir,
        I have done a wallet topup at rupy 1700/- at 25/02/2021
        through citrus payment gateway amount deducted from my bank account but not credit in my csc account.
        then i another topup a same amount of rupy 1700/- they got it in my
        csc wallet but previous topup not credited in my csc wallet nor in my
        bank account.
        Please Help me..

            I placed the order of zara today morning, while making the payment I choose the option for UPI payment, and I made the payment through Google pay, for citrus solutions Pvt Ltd. my money got deducted however I received a mail from Zara that my order is cancelled coz I haven't made the payment, but the payment was done through Google pay to the UPI( [protected]@axisbank). Kindly help me as its not a small amount which has been debited.i have also shared the screenshot of the payment details.please revert me ASAP.

              I was placing an order on zara india and had opted for payment via upi.
              I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
              I did the transaction via @sbi and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
              I haven’t been initiated a refund.

              Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

                    I placed an order from Zara on 18th February, 2021 through UPI payment Option by using PhonePe UPI ID sahil.[protected]@ybl . When i completed the transaction, the money was deducted from my bank account but the payment got cancelled and ZARA didn’t get the money and it’s still showing as Pending payment. So I would like a refund ASAP.

                            I placed an order from zara on 13th feb 2021 through upi payment. The medium of payment was through citrus private solutions. The money got deducted from my account but the order got canceled from zara due to pending payment. Can you please revert my money back to my account.
