I placed an order on Zara application as guest and I got link for payment via Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd I initiated the payment it got debited from my Google Pay Account but did not received with Zara. Kindly check and return the amount asap. Thank You

    I placed an order on zara India online app on 18 march 2021.
    I did the payment through phone pay.
    and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount. I haven’t been initiated a refund yet.

        Have made payment twice for HSVP water bill for Rs 2679/- from my sbi account which means Rs 2679/- paid two times but payment has failed and amount deducted . Details of msgs received are given below:-

          I have made a payment through citrus payment gateway for GHMC. Upi payment have proccessed and shows success in GPay but shows transaction failed in the gateway and I have lost 1200 Rs

                I completed a transaction of a product on zara via upi and i was directed to pay to citrus solutions and while the amount was deducted from my acc, zara has not received the money and has not confirmed my order which was placed today (10.03.21)

                        I was let to believe I was speaking to Qantas office relating to a credit with them. the operator lead me to believe he was genuine he stated my bank was not working well and put through my account six fraudulent charges totaling $2449.24 on friday 19th February 2021

                        Please note that all transactions processed through Citrus payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and Citrus will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.

                          On 31st December 2021 I placed an order ZARA and made my payment using UPI. I used google pay through ZARA's payment gateway Citrus Solutions. The order wasn't received by ZARA but the amount was debited from my account. I still haven't received my refund.
                          I request you to look into it and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                I made a purchase from Zara.com on 28th January 2021 order no. [protected] - total amount ₹4280. I paid through UPI and the payment got stuck which caused the transaction to fail. Zara did not receive any payment and my order got cancelled. I need my refund since it’s been more than 1 month now.

In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed to your source account within 3 to 5 working days (for net banking transaction) and 7 to 10 working days (for Card transaction & UPI transaction) (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holiday).                                   Sir, While paying the fees for GD Goenka public school sec 9 Rohini Delhi on 01/03/2021, I submitted the fees of Rs.9839/- thru HDFC netbanking via CITRUSEAZYPAY.
                                  Though the amount was debited from my account the form was not submitted as immediately after deduction there was a msg on screen saying sorry for inconvenience and you can again continue transaction some other time etc.etc.
                                  Please get my money refunded back in my account as soon as possible.

                                    I placed an order on Zara and paid for it with Gpay. Money was deducted from my bank account instantly but it did not reflect on my Zara account. Zara eventually cancelled the order because they did not receive payment. Since Citrus Payment is the third party involved, I demand an immediate refund.
