I order from the Zara app on 26/11/2020 and opted for UPI payment for my order. When I tried to pay through my UPI app, the payment was successful from my end, but Zara did not receive my order and the payment was pending. I placed the same order again and paid for it again which was successful the second time. But the refund for the first transaction has not been reflected in my account yet. Kindly provide me some information about my refund and help me with my refund of Rs 3588.

I request you to please help since every penny for me counts a lot at this moment.

        Hi team,
        I was doing payment for my Zara purchase with opting upi payment
        My amount was debited from my account and credited to citrus solutions merchant - 2520 rupees
        But order was not placed
        Zara app is showing that payment processing failed and payment is pending.
        When will the debited amount refund will be initiated????

          I was placing an order on Zara India online on 31 January 2021 and had opted for payment via UPI.
          I then did the payment through google pay for which Zara had used the citrus payment gateway.
          I did the transaction via SBIand the money got debited from my account but Zara did not receive the amount.
          Then i make it as COD
          I haven’t been initiated a refund.

          Kindly check my concern and give me a refund of my money at the earliest

              Was placing an order on zara india online today and used upi as my payment method. I used PhonePe to pay 3760rs as requested by citrus pay which zara uses. The money got deducted from my account but transaction was failed on citrus pay website.
              So zara kept my order on pending and i had to use my card. I haven’t been initiated any refund till now. So kindly take a look into it. This is the second time the same thing happened I don’t understand what is the problem. It says payment successful but merchant doesn’t proceed the order

                I tired to place an order on zara using upi method which uses citrus pay. Unfortunately my money deducted from bank account and got a failure message at zara and citrus pay received the amount !

                  I had made a purchase in Zara through UPI(to citrus solutions). I had returned the items for which I got confirmation email from Zara but not yet received amount from Citrus solutions. I have also emailed the customer support of Citrus solutions yet received no reply.
