I am sharaj and i order a product from zara the transaction was made through BHIM UPI the money has been deducted but the beneficiary has not received the money. I am not able to get my order . Help me to refund my money .

        My refund of ₹8, 070 was processed from zara on[protected] but i have still not received the refund till date. There has been a huge delay. Please look into the matter with utmost priority.

          I had done online transactions on Zara app on 27 November 2020 and 2 December 2020 through UPI. And I had put items for return.

          So far, I have received only partial amount of my only 1 order ₹1554 on 16 Dec 2020. Remaining total balance of all the orders ₹7252 merchant is stating that they have already initiated me the refund but there is no update with the refund in my bank statement.

          Total 3 different orders were placed and merchant provided me all 3 Return ID transaction numbers mentioned below.

            I placed an order from Zara, and selected payment method as BHIM UPI . Further I approved the payment from UPI app but it did not connect with Zara app. and shows my payment as pending .

              Ive placed an order on ZARA APP and selected the payment option as UPI. The payment was successful and money got deducted from my accoun and credited to citruspay but in the zara app the order is still showing as pending and got popup that payment got failed.
              Ive got confirmation from zara that payment was not credited to them and order got cancelled. Could you check

                      I’ve returned some product to zara and they have refunded successfully but I’m not not able to see any refund from them in my registered account.                         I was placing an order on Zara India online on 8th Jan 2021 and had opted for payment via UPI.
                        I then did the payment through google pay for which Zara had used the citrus payment gateway.
                        I did the transaction via sbi and the money got debited from my account but Zara did not receive the amount.
                        So Zara canceled the order from their side as it keep pending
                        I haven’t been initiated a refund.

                        Kindly check my concern and give me a refund of my money at the earliest.

                          I made a transaction of rs 1580 on 12th January 2021 on Zara platform through citrus pay upi.
                          Upon contacting customer care at Zara they told they never received the money but the transaction to citrus pay was successful in upi.
                          I want the money to be transferred to them so that the order can be fulfilled.

                            I booked two Jungle Safari tickets for Jim Corbett National Park via Citrus Pay gateway, one for Rs. 6030 via google pay and Rs. 5222 via Net Banking of SBI.

                            The amount got deducted in both cases, but both tickets didn't get booked.

                            I booked the tickets on 6th January and was told that refunds will be done within one week. But the amount has not been refunded yet.

                            The transaction number done via google pay is D[protected] and net banking of SBI is D[protected].

                                  I was purchasing an item worth INR 990 from Zara using the Zara app on 6th July 2020. I was paying for the order using UPI on Google Pay. The amount got deducted from my account and was successfully transferred to [protected]@axisbank. But the amount was not received by Zara and the order still showed payment pending on the Zara app. Zara customer care said that they haven't received the payment. This incorrect charged amount has yet not been refunded back to me. Please look into this at the earliest.

                                    Ordered a shirt and jacket from Zara on November using UPI via Citrus Pay. I returned my shirt because of a size issue. Zara cleared my refund on the 5th December and told me the amount would be refunded within 14 days. I contacted them again since I did not receive the refund and finally got the transaction ID of the refund. I want to know the status of my refund as it has been more than a month and I still have not received my amount. The transaction ID is OL[protected]. Kindly help.
